The apartment itself was fairly basic but had most of what you need. The heater/AC unit was a bit out whack and the toiletries were very basic. 

The place itself was in a great location for us, and the are seemed very safe. We were able to check-in early with was very nice. The Gentleman who helped us out was friendly and even interrupted his siesta to assist us.

I would stay here again if in the area.

Nice apartment at an excellent price

A perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach.The garden with the pool is wonderful.The apartment is of very good quality and very clean.The terrazza has many possibilities.We highly recommend it!!

Stayed for  8 days, key pick up etc was ok just a phone call and the management came and took you to your apartment BUT THATS WHERE IT FALLS DOWN you don't no which apartment you are getting ground floor or balcony or even where it will be.our apartment was upstairs with a great view as shown on the photos but that was it all other photos were of other apartments so it was difficult to know what you were paying for. Wifi was good ,parking easy it was June, Apartment was well equipped, the only down side was the balcony was small and made even smaller by air con unite there was only 1 relaxing chair and the chairs on the patio were uncomfortable.

good stay BUT

We have spent this holy week in the apartments and I must say that we have been very busy. Our apartment was two-bedroom, one suite with bathroom and the other two beds. We have been two adults and a child and the truth is that it is very good. María very gentle and attentive. It is a quiet place where you do not need anything and you are very close to the beach and the capital of Cádiz that you should not miss.

Very Augustito.

We spent 15 days in the port of santa maria and in these apartments we enjoyed a lot. very comfortable and clean apartments in a quiet environment (at least on my dates) The service of entrance and exit of the apartment is very professional because the real estate that manages this apartment was on the same street. we went with our pet and all very well because in the block there are more perritos and in the loungers there are areas where you can get them out to make their cushions. The apartment complex is very neat and very clean with a nice community pool (maybe in july and august a little small but on my dates we are almost alone) The apartments are very close to the beach.

Very good apartment.

Very nice apartments very clean and very well equipped. No lack of details. Good swimming pool with a very careful lawn and extensive hours. Very close to the beach you can walk or drive until you reach the access to the sea.

Rest for the weekend.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quite new.The area is quiet (a residential area on the outskirts of the Puerto de Santa María).The site was ideal for excursions throughout the province.The only requirement is to travel by private car.

A fantastic apartment.

It´s a very nice and clean place, ideally suited for families. Flat´s are very well equipped and beautiful. Poolarea is also wonderful and so quiet. 
The only downside is that without car it´s hard to access and there´s no big shop in closer distance. But beach and small shops are within walking distance. 
 I found it a bit prude that a friend of mine was forbidden to do topless at the pool. But some people might think that´s a plus. difficult to access upper floors with stroller despite elevator there are still stairs. 
Staff is very nice, flexible and helpful. I´d definitely come back

Not catered for british. Dont speak any english in el puerto santa maria and even though it says you get wifi it never works. 

The beach is nice but the beach bar does not have any british menus and the staff dont speak good english.

There is only one bar near the apartnent which is an irish bar and is friendly.

If you visit here you would need to hire a car as the nearest shopping centre is quite a distance away

Not very good

Immaculate apartment. Very well equipped. An emergency plumbing problem was dealt with with speed, efficiency and courtesy on a Sunday morning. Great to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. Spacious terrace.  Please note not all apartments are exactly alike; our was ground floor.  They are very secure and the grounds have an almost tropical feel - lovely. WIFI was excellent. Thoroughly recommended.
