It is highly recommended to let yourself be guided by Fernando y Auri, about restaurants and visits to bodegas in La Rioja. They are true lovers of gastronomy and wines, knowing perfectly all the offer of the region. They also advise about places to visit such as Monasterios, paseos por vinedos or por la Sierra de La Demanda, etc. A y cómo no el desayuno espectacular, con bollería casera riquísima.

Beautiful and charming.

The restaurant has a very nice terrace, where breakfast, meals and dinners are served. Good grill and elaborate dishes in general. Also a good menu of wines. To highlight some of the tapas they offer.

A lovely restaurant in a picturesque village.

We were here this past weekend and will certainly repeat it. A cozy country house, with a few owners who make you feel at home. They didn't let go of a single detail, leaving us both sweets and little details that surprised us more and more. Fernando, the owner guided us through all the surrounding villages to get to know them, and instead his wife Auri made us some exquisite breakfasts. Every day we were offered coffee, natural orange juice, tortilla with jamon serrano or croissants filled with sweets, all homemade, of course. Two days of relaxation and enjoyed in good company.

There are two incredible days.

- Very attentive and collaborative staff. - Breakfast: casero very appetizing. We were served a bowl of cut fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee/milk, scrambled eggs with chistorra and chocolate casero biscocho. Everything very rich. - Rooms: very clean and cozy. They cook all kinds of details. The only thing is that the roofs are low with wooden beams and according to your height you can hit your head. - Parking: 100 meters from the house, it's small. - Very quiet place, perfect for resting and for going skiing.

We will be back. 100% recommended

Our room was large and sunny overlooking the hotel's garden.The owners didn't miss any details; natural flowers, candles, caramelos, nuts and sweets, waited for you every day in the room.The breakfasts were spectacular, surprising you with different things every day.Auri has a great hand for the kitchen, especially for the repository and Fernando will guide you through the most hidden and spectacular places, to make the most of your stay.Thank you very much for everything.A place 100% recommended.

Stayed here with 2 friends when travelling around Northern Spain, we chose this whilst touring and walking around Rioja.  Lovely quaint Casa, very friendly and obliging couple taking care of you.  Google translate makes communication easy if you have no spanish skills but its all part of the charm in a small get away from it all kind of place.  

Lovely breakfast, impeccably clean, comfortable beds, lovely bedding, great shower and the most wonderful views from the quaint small windows.

Lovely place, friendly people

Set in a lovely small village in the mountains of La Rioja, this place was perfect for a weekend getaway. The casa is very warm and homely with a lovely outdoor garden and a great homemade breakfast each day - the hosts really make you feel welcome. The village is surrounded by rural properties with some nice walks and the wineries of La Rioja are within easy driving distance. There are no restaurants in the town itself but Ezcaray is only a 5 minute drive away which has a great assortment of food options.
