A ruin, no electricity, dirt, mold, holes. Much noise. Smoking in the restaurant. Threats from the owner. Very well located near the beach and supermarket. Benidorm city centre by bus.

We're not going back.

We were 34 people, 14 players between the ages of 17/18 and the rest were parents, Julio and his gentlemen left us perplexed with their kindness, disposition and good manners to please us at all times.We spent three great days, the barbecue, the paella su pescadito for the night....Our charm. The pool area is small, as the hotel is familiar, it is very close to home, that was the best.

We stayed at these apartments for 21 days we found the accommodation a little dated but clean has everything you need while on holiday for a few weeks ... one point it only has two english tv channels my husband said he would have taken a DVD player and some films or a box set also the bed is a little creeky  . It was a fair price for our stay  ...you are left to your own devices which we prefer it’s like having your own apartment  ...but if you need your bed making every day and some cleaning up after you don’t stay here ... There is a washing machine which is a bonus ... local beaches close enough to walk to ...bus into Benidorm £1.50 you can catch this outside hotel Bali which is nearby number 03 to euroupa Avenue heart of Benidorm every 15mins bus drivers very helpful  Jamie’l ave for old town ... local shop nearby there is a chicken resurant near to the shop you can get half a chicken and a  portion of chips for 7 Euro to take out we did this a few times its enough for two  ... Marisa and her husband Hulo who own these apartments are really lovely people but do not speak very much English but then more English than I speak Spanish ...
A top tip to save money  is you can get to Benidorm easy from the airport by local bus when you get off the plane follow the signs for the bus stop easy to find it’s up a floor the buses are every hour they go to Europa ave heart of beneidorm cost about €9 if your in Finestrat you can get a bus from europa ave 03 €1.50 get off at hotel Bali a main stop loads of people will get off here ...walk toward entrance to Bali and then walk straight down in front of the hotel across a little square with restaurants passing the super market on your right go down the hill at the bottom of the hill you will see a restaurant yanco American style diner the apartments are facing it to the right near a hotel called hotel alone hope that’s helpful xx

21night stay winter get away

Very quiet and well located, but the apartment is very old and deteriorating.The front door is made of paper, which gives you a sense of insecurity.The cabinets, armchairs and other rooms are old and lack cleaning.The sink drain is broken so we couldn't use it.The only good thing is the terrace.

Stayed here middle of May for a week,for what we paid(4 of us),fantastic value,if you remember what is paid then apartments are great value,pool/restaurant lovely if not wanting to go to beach which is just a short walk down hill,but bus stop just outside if not wanting to walk,bus stop also for bus into Benidorm,1e.50c,staff at the apartments cannot praise enough,Julio and Marisa fabulous hosts,lovely lovely people,unfortunately one of our party fell and broke a hip,they couldn't have been more helpful or concerned,will definitely return for another stay,thankyou Marisa for getting my E cig back to me,thank Harvey,lots of love x

Lovely family run apartments

Not very good quality, it needs  a good renovation and change the  old furniture of the appartements .
.
 A lot $$$ to put in renovations  !!! 

 Do they wiil  invest in it ? 

They not do the  cleaning on the appartements  when you are there in it, do it your self .

The rates can change if you go directly to them , they have  very cheap rates when you go directly to them!

The price is good,But be aware !

The traffic is so loud at night, you can't sleep. No kettle to make drinks. Can hear the extemely noisy elevator going up and down all night. You can't lock the door from the inside with a key, so toddlers could easily get out. But the beds are comfortable and the place is clean. You get what you pay for.

Ocana is very well located in the city centre, a few minutes from the Finestrat cove, fine sandy beaches of Benidorm and shops. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary to cook (but you will not have much of an opportunity to use them because Julio will offer you his phenomenal card). There is also a washing machine, very cool air conditioning as well as a terrace. A free parking is available. More than an apartment the establishment offers a restaurant where you can enjoy dishes prepared by Julio or simply for a drink. A genuine thank you to Marisa and her and their friendship for a superb stay. A truly delightful vacation for people who want to discover the great pleasure of living in Spain is that Julio and Julio have just a great time.

It's a great stay at the Ocana.

My husband and I booked an apartment with two bedrooms, ordering a long-term wedding bed.We left on Monday thirteen, it was very cold and raining.The first thing they asked us if we were from Booking, they gave us a lamentable apartment, everything inside, the coffee shop that they provided us was all rusty, we thought it was a hidden camera.The bed was 159cm but the blanket that was put on, besides dirty and full of balls, was 90cm long, contestation, they are busy, so if it seems realistic, the solution they gave us was to return us the money, after traveling 1200km with two dogs, and we were 18 days away, so we never returned again.

Full commitment to the project.

Lovely Budget Accommodation a short bus ride from Benidorm. La Cala Beach is a 12 minute walk where there are umpteen Bars and Restaurants offering good value with plenty of choice. The Apartments have a small Pool Area and a Bar serving Food. Maresa and Julio are good hosts who trust their Guests and they are also agents for all of the local Attractions. We were blessed with great Weather and also the pleasure of getting to know other Guests who have come back time and time again on repeat visits. One to recommend and definitely worth a return visit. One point to mention is that there is no voluntary offer of Sheet/Towel change etc but no problem at all to request as required !
