I just got back from del Hierro, a spectacular island, looking forward to going back. All but the apartments. I knew they were simple, but one thing is simple and another in my opinion is terrible. First of all, the photo they put so pretty belongs to the back where they have studios and if they have a garden, the double apartments are in the main building that leads to the main street, which is quite noisy for the cafes and the supermarket, that of course the first hour comes the window of the bathrooms to unload it.

Very cheap apartments.

The apartments are in very good condition, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have been renovated and the staff is very friendly.

Honestly, I wouldn't repeat myself in these apartments, neither I nor my partner. We went for five days and they must be greatly improved. To begin with, the bathrooms were under construction and no one warned us of anything, since at 10 a.m. there was already quite a bit of noise about them. We continued because the wifi almost didn't go to our room, not to mention that there was no elevator at all and we had to go through several stairs (which, by the way, smelled a lot of animal excrement). On the other hand, to point out how antiquated the apartments are: the bathrooms with bad bathrooms, small and damaged with little lighting and images. In it, as long as all the cleaning stuff was there but without weapons, it would be a detriment to put a reception. The balcony was completely lit but it was also an old one, and the rest of the room was not a detriment to me.

It should be greatly improved.

We stayed four nights and the studios needed a refurbishment because they are not very well maintained. It is very annoying to hear all the noises of those staying in the side rooms. There is no parking, but in a parallel street there is parking or in the street in front. What I like is how central it is, there are supermarkets, banks, cafes and some shops nearby.

The apartment lacks improvements, it lacks also details with the client such as putting a garbage bag, a bag in a bathroom trash can, soap for soap or kitchen tiles that are gas. And be careful with the reservation, they usually confirm it and once there they tell you that they don't find it, because they've been there a few times, I heard after they lost mine, let's....... that they show very little interest, still carrying the reservation confirmed.

Nothing is recommended.

Nice house. Simple apartment, but there's everything you need. Nice little balcony. No view, or just next door. Ask for an apartment on the top floor. Too bad there's no sponge and dishwasher, no pepper, salt, etc. Quiet situation. Not very well-insulated apartments, it can be annoying if the neighbors are noisy... Central location. Parking lots not far away, but difficult to park just in front of the hotel, unless you're lucky enough to find a place and it's in the blue zone (it's the main street of the village, but the hotel is away from the Super street noise).

Affordable housing

The apartments are located in a central area of the Frontera town centre, very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Cozy and quiet, overlooking a beautiful garden, with a small kitchen and fridge, which will make the stay easier.

The apartment that touched us had the windows for the drain pipe from the bar downstairs. It needs a renovation. It's poorly cleaned. The price is good. The location is excellent and the lady's treatment is excellent. There is no hot water for 4 people with low capacity electric heating.

There's no going back.

They are very well located, in need of renovation, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable.The owner is very friendly and spends most of the day at the reception.There are quite a few restaurants and bars, banks and supermarkets in the area.

Normal apartments are common.

A renovation would sell him very well as the furniture is old, 70s.The owner is very young and attentive.The location is quite good, no problem parking.The apartments cost us 60 euros a day and the studios 40 euros.
