Located around 20 minutes walk from the sea. Local supermarket and plenty of places to eat nearby. Ideal location to airport and close to Puerto Rosario for all the main shops and island cruises.
Love the facilities. With all you need to self cater. Separate bedroom and lounge so plenty of room. TV is Spanish only but not needed if you take your entertainment with you. Outside patio and bed and sofa not like premier inn beds but comfortable enou

check in was advertised as 11am. we arrived after this time to be told to come back at 1pm, we returned to reception at 1.20pm and advised again room not ready come back at 3pm. We eventually got our room just before 2pm as we advised that we were not happy. They advised the check in time was wrong and I should contact Zen hotels. The lady on reception was rude.

Location was good: not far away from the center with cafes and restaurants. Nice community: pool, small terrace.

We booked a room for 4 and when we came, there were no bed cloth or towels for 2 people. We were given some linen on reception, but there were no pillow cases at all. We were told that pillow cases would be provided next day.
