A place with a special charm and the charming owners (Ana y Pilar) thank you for your hospitality.We came to know the town that honors our surname.We were born in a small town not far from Paramio.

Conocer Paramio de Sanabria is located in Sanabria.

We celebrated a special birthday, a group of 15 people from three generations. We chose the tasting menu, drinks included. Everything of excellent quality. We enjoyed all the dishes and especially the caliphal berries and the bull's tail. The very attentive and personal service. The very cozy dining room and the exterior are ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the shade. We'll be back! Places are limited, it's convenient to book.

Different cuisine in a cosy environment surrounded by nature.

This place is like home. not only do you feel the hospitality but it is real. pilar and ana are wonderful and their home really felt like ours. a few days of relaxation and visiting a zone of magic and good energy. you are great. no changes.

Wonderful accommodation.

Ana and Pilar have treated us spectacularly, with incredible affection and kindness. Hotel with charm, impeccable and all the attention to detail. In addition, it is perfectly located, both to relax in the middle of nature and to visit the area, especially if you let yourself be guided by their recommendations, beyond the typical tourist areas, it is worth letting go. Very tasty cuisine, with original and exquisite dishes, along with spectacular homemade breakfasts. In short, a perfect place to enjoy solo or family.

We are delighted with the weekend at the Hotel Rural Aguallevada.Ana y Pilar, the hosts, are charming, friendly, waiting for the guests to be comfortable and feel at home.The cuisine is fantastic, everything delicious: the rivueltos, the salads, the bacalao, the eggplants...a wonder.The breakfasts are great as well.It is a pleasure to be in the garden of the house as well as on the terraces of the rooms.The area is spectacular: nature, culture, gastronomy, some beautiful hiking trails and, of course, the Lake of Sanabria.A place to repeat, disconnect and enjoy a week.A total stain in a fantastic finish.Thank you!

A wonderful accommodation in the heart of Sanabria.

We spent a few days there and enjoyed the tranquility and especially the friendly and helpful treatment of Pilar and Ana. The good and very complete breakfasts, as well as the meal and dinner menus, though little varied. They gave you information about everything you needed. The surroundings with many possibilities for both cultural and natural tourism. A place, a little difficult to find, but fantastic.

Excellent treatment and wonderful surroundings.

I'm going to say that the restaurant was our experience, the exquisite dishes, the eggplants with honey, the tail of the calf, the rice with boletus and the turtle roll, those were the ones we ordered, recommended at 100%, the treatment received very familiar and very pleasant, it's a very quiet and secluded place, where at the same time you're very close to everything.

 Impressive

We have been in this establishment for three wonderful days. Her owners Ana and Pilar complement each other perfectly and make you feel at home. Ana has created three bike routes, about 50 km each by side roads with barely any traffic surrounded by oaks, castanets and that has allowed us to have a more complete knowledge of the region. Pilar, a historian, conveys her enthusiasm when she tells you about Sanabria.

Fabulously beautiful.

It was all a great discovery by pure chance. A quiet place, in the middle of nature and away from the noise and in the heart of Sanabria. Ana, charming, treated us phenomenally: professional, attentive and continually attentive. We were recommended and explained each of the dishes (we asked to share). spectacular berries, a surprising salad, croquettes cooked...of scandal, savory tail stew and delicious carrots. The desserts of 10. We were able to pass by the hotel and buy its charm and cleanliness (perfect Covid measures); we also met Pilar (and pleasant, like your sister).The experience has been repeated as often as the occasion has been.Thank you for making our stay and food a pleasant one in a special place.

Exquisite food in a story-telling place.

I'll comment only on your restaurant. We went four to dinner. The nights of the area are fresh, offer you dinner outside or inside. The tranquility is spectacular, easy to access and without parking problems. An attention that makes you feel at home. Plates with more than enough rations of a great homemade kitchen with local products and at a more than fair price. We highlight your berries with honey, the specialty of the house, your chorizo to the brasa and your codorniz salad. Served with affection and care, accompanied by Toro wine as could not be less. Very, very, very recommended. From the best of the Sanabria area.
