yes - this small hotel (hostel?) is located just 4 minutes walk from the Cathedrale (and close to Cathedrale is lokated the bus stop to Alhambra).
I'm not shure if this a hostel, but in my room (4 persons) there was a toilet and bath.
Two rooms (one with master bed, another - with two separate beds. 1 TV, wardrobe, couple of chairs. No fridge. No airconditioning (actually, in Granada is not hot even in summer at nights). Bath and toilet is ok.
For this absolutely  FUNNY price (44 euro/night) - fantastic offer!
And I could not not mention the portier - Oleg. Wery fiendly and helpful person!!!

In the very deep of the heart of Granada

I stayed here for 2 nights. The place is quiet which is great since some places can be loud. The room is spacious considering how good the price is. Its about 10mins from Allhambra which you must go and see. Then you have loads of littles shops and music great atmosphere. Overall if your on a budget this is a perfect place to stay.

Quiet

I peeled back my bed sheets only to find hair in the bed and woven into the fabric of the pillow case. The sheets also has black marks on them - I doubt they had been washed recently. I acknowledge that the place is quite cheap but one would expect clean sheets upon arrival. 

The staff stay in a  little room on the first level. You have to buzz for them to come down and let you in. They are friendly enough but they could provide guests with maps.

The Hostal is in a good location, however, there are others around that appear to be cleaner.

Not clean

Sheets in beds doesn't appear to have been changed. Found hair in bed. Others hostels in Andalusia have great hygiene at comparable price. I have tried hostels in Cordoba an Seville with same prices in same period.

Bad hygiene

This hostel was quiet and basic.  It is not located right near the Alhambra, but a 20 minute -30 minute walk away. No bother for the affordable price.  My room was old but very large for a single person.  The toilet was probably the oldest toilet I have ever seen in a hotel room. The internet worked well in my room.  The room had a nice big window and the air conditioning worked well.  I took the city bus to and from the bus station and it dropped be right around the corner from the hotel.  You can walk from here to anything you want tosee as far as I was concerned.  The nearest stop for the 3 and 33 is Puerta Real (near the Corte Ingles department store).  I think the 3 bus takes a faster route.   You can take buses to the Alhambra but I enjoyed the morning walk.  The owners offered assistance when necessary, but they probably only speak Spanish.  I would have liked to have a key to the outside door so I didn't have to buzz them to get in.  I didn't really see other visitors often.  I would recommend staying here. There are inexpensive restaurants close by and a good grocery store too.  This was the steal so far in my trip, less than 20 Euro a night.
