Please note, you must pay for your reservation by cash upon arrival (see Hotel policies). If you wish to make payment by card, you should call the property. Contact hours are from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 until 13:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00 (except public holidays).

Please note that key collection takes place between 17:00h and 20:00h.

Please note that late check-in carries the following charges:

From 23:00h to 01:00h EUR 20 (to be paid on arrival).

From 01:00h EUR 35 (to be paid on arrival).

Please let Apartamentos 3000 Jaca know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. You can contact the property using the telephone number on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a refundable damage deposit of EUR 200, to be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card. Please inform Apartamentos 3000 Jaca in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
