Food was plentiful with a good variety but not hot enough. No facility for re-warming if allowed. Unfortunately the lounge was shut off due to restrictions but I feel that could of been managed better with limited seating and adequately spaced out. Pool was good but not open long enough. It was only open from 11am until 2pm. When the guard left the pool the pool
was out of use. Not much use for an afternoon swim. The gardens were well kept and surroundings were tidy. Adequate smoking area. Uneven floor surface around outside of the pool where I took a terrible tumble and badly hurt my hands, foot and knee. No first aid was offered and no recording of my accident. We had to go to nearest pharmacy for a plaster. 

Noise at the back part of the building was hard to tolerate. Rubbish collection including bottles was around 2am!! All deliveries with engines left running at all times day and night for considerable time. A good nights sleep was not had all week.

Reasonable stay, I might come again.

If I could leave 0 I would have!

We have literally been at the property for 20 minutes and trying desperately to leave but the surrounding hotels are all full. 

The greeting/welcome from reception was categorically the worst service I have ever received.

For a quick stop over the shoddy and old fashioned decor and musky smells can be overlooked but rude, arrogant and passive aggressive service is inexcusable.

Villa Naranjos simply a quiet and very comfortable hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy access and calm environment. We felt very safe and reassured. if you love breakfast, it is a great feast and you and available from 07:30 to 10:30 (all food fresh) Overall comfortable stay, very clean swimming pool good to relax if you don't fancy sea
i will recommend it as a budget hotel

"Quiet and Comfortable"

We stayed her for one night, pool was okay and clean. Room was not on the large side but clean too. Breakfast was the worst we ever had, we were there within half hour of opening and all the food looked like it had been there a long time. Could only eat a yogurt.

Budget hotel

The Villa Naranjos is a great place to stay if you're planning a busy few days in Javea. 2 minute walk away from the Arenal and 15 minute walk from the port it is in a great location. Have stayed here twice and have been lucky enough that both times i have a sea view over looking the Arenal. 

Rooms are slightly basic but ideal if all you need to do is sleep and go out. The Wifi has got much better since my first stay 2 years ago, you now don't need a new code each day! 

Breakfast was probably the only thing that let the hotel down in my opinion, but that's probably because it's aimed and the spanish elderly. 

On that note, the main clientele is over 60, not a problem but as an 18 year old at the time i just had them looking at me constantly thinking why i was staying there.

Try to be back before 1am as we got back from a nightout at 4am and had to bang on the door for 5/10 mins for someone to come at let us in. 

Overall though, i can't fault the stay in general, staff were great and accommodating, the rooms were nice enough and the views are perfect!

Would definitely go back, only for a few days at a time though

Great Base For A Few Nights

If 1970's "artex" is your thing,  you are in for a winner.  Despite its decor and slightly fusty smell in hallways the place seemed clean and the basic room worked well.  Air conditioning struggled a bit, but in fairness with only one night  stay i didn't report its lack of performance. Car parking is limited and so had to find somewhere off road to park.  The room had a superb view overlooking the Arenal so no complaints.  The clientele seemed mainly Spanish people of a certain maturity, which meant they wanted to use the lifts no matter what floor they were located on, so it was quicker to use the stairs, to the lung busting,level 7.
Our breakfast was varied and plentiful, just be prepared for the push and shoving by those fearing it could be their last meal, certainly not into queuing or waiting in line as typical Brits do.
In short, despite a few minor war wounds, the place does what it says on the tin.  it worked for a short stay, not sure i would want too long there as its ambience makes one feel old.

Dated but clean

We had the standard room full board, 2 nights for €188. Room 219, corner room with double bed and an extra bed. Small balcony has a slight ocean view between the front property. Pool had a guard and was large enough for swimming laps. Overall occupents in hotel were elderly citizens;-). 

Food was above expectations. It still is au bain-marie buffet, but, choose well and we had a great eating experience. The food is without drinks, but €0,80 for water and no more than 4,99 for a bottle of wine is not a budget breaker. We asked for a packed lunch and it sure was great packed lunch!

Good location within walking distance of the polulair sandy beachfront of El Arenal. The boulevard has tourist shops and many restaurants. Clean and well maintained ara over-all with free parkingspace in the area. 
Here is not a whole lot to do and we were surrounded by English elderly. But we enjoyd a few beachdays!
