Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. In&out will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please inform INNOUTHOME Villa Tord in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are advised to bring their own vehicle. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50 per pet per week applies. Please note that late check-in carries the following charges: For arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 20 For arrivals between 22:00 and 24:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 30 For arrivals after 24:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 40 Guests can bring their own towels and bed linen or rent them on site for the following prices: EUR 10 per towel; EUR 10 for bed linen for a single bed; EUR 15 for bed linen for a double bed.
