Great memories of a fantastic vacation. Large rooms, gardens, swimming pool, great quality food. Really good, polite and available. I hope to return one day. The only small drawback if I really have to find it is that the room and the bathroom are not completely divided and closed, the wall that divides the bedroom and bathroom is not completely closed near the ceiling and that doesn't make privacy great. But anyway I would go back the same because it deserves.

Four days of dreaming

Everything starts regularly, when they try to tell us the accommodation instead of the arrival (as the conditions were), 10 days before we leave without notice (I jump the notice on the unauthorized pay phone), at the end we pay after talking to them and the circumstances of the Covid summer, they also announce that there will be no 24-hour reception, no pool and therefore no 24-hour surveillance at the resort. We give a code to get the keys to a drawer for when we arrive to access our villa. We arrive at 19:30 and it was our surprise that when we arrived and the code was not necessary and we could not get the keys, after a series of calls to the contact numbers that we had as much as booking, no one knocked on our phone, we went to the next site, we had seen something else for the next night, we had asked for the phone number, but we have obviously had to ask our customers if the phone number is still in the house after 6:30 pm.

In order to improve

Nice Canarian house. Large simple room, bathroom a bit dated. Room management 5 days out of 7. WiFi only in the lobby. Nice breakfast. Very nice cactus garden with small unheated pool. Quiet. Friendly home. Parking. The hotel is poorly signposted, the address is actually that of the restaurant, which was closed in February.

Canary resident

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and were pleased so returned in 2020.  However, we were somewhat disappointed - the restaurant was closed which required use of car in the evenings.  The bar was closed at 8 p.m (7 p.m on one evening).  There seems to have been staff cut backs even although the Coronavirus had not fully surfaced.  Internet access is very poor and only possible in limited areas - mainly the reception - none in the rooms.  No English TV channels.  One evening we returned to our room to find all lights out in the internal courtyard making access to our room somewhat dangerous in pitch darkness.  No Manager evident.

Attractive building, gardens and pool

We stayed a week here and were most impressed by the lovely comfortable large rooms, the gorgeous garden and courtyards, and especially by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Valentina, Serena and Miriam were exceptional.  Within a couple of days, we felt at home and very well looked after.  Advice on local restaurants and services was accurate, especially about a brilliant restaurant, La Villa, 5 minutes walk up the road. Nothing was too much trouble.  Really recommend it.

Friendly beautiful and comfortable hotel

We have been staying in villas in Fuerteventura for at least 5 years and this has to be the best by far , It was the cleanest most amazing villa , I couldn’t fault anything, we did have one issue with the dishwasher tripping the electric but that was the only grumble I had ! No ants anywhere to be seen in the villa and that was a massive bonus , And comfy beds . We had no WiFi in the villa ! For me it was lovely a lot of downtime with my phone ! My family sulked at no WiFi . But who needs WiFi when you have such a lovely little resort to Enjoy. The restaurant gets a  5 * in my books . Stunning food ! Definitely not aimed at vegetarians! A real meat restaurant but as a family we had 3 courses and really enjoyed everything about the meals . The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and very Spanish ,I really recommend eating there . the I am battling with my family to return in March . Please add WiFi to the villas 🙌.  Also really lovely staff . Thank you to the amazing cleaners too . 

Stunning 3 bedroom villa 

Having eaten here on previous occasions. I was disappointed to be informed the restaurant was closed due to kitchen issues. It would have been nice if the member of staff had recommended somewhere else.

Disappointed

We spent a week at Casa Vieja in October this year. From start to finish, the staff- particularly Valentina,Jaga and Marina provided friendly and faultless service. The food was fabulous and the fact that the restaurant was popular with local people spoke volumes. 
The owners seem to have split the hotel and restaurant businesses which was a little hard to come to terms with. The rooms are quirky , beautifully decorated and centred on an internal courtyard garden. There is no air conditioning and while a fridge is provided, a kettle or coffee maker would be a reasonable addition to the large sitting room of the suite. None of this detracted from our enjoyment. We’d recommend car hire if you want more than a relaxing, secluded break. We spend our everyday lives in cars so we were delighted that the hotel offered us the chance to really switch off.

A boutique escape with great food

Thanks to the recommendation of a friend we came to this restaurant, which looks lovely and the chef of the room is super friendly and fun.We were guided by her and not disappointed, especially by the fried goat.If we had to put some but would be the low lighting of the living room otherwise super fine! #carnaka #foodporn #cabritofrito #cabrito #yummy #instafood #yumm #dondecomer #fuerteventura

We stayed two nights and it is undoubtedly a very charming place, the staff is very nice and helpful at all times, the perfect room, the very well-groomed and very beautiful environment, the ideal swimming pool to cool off. One night we dined in the restaurant and although everything was very good it did not match the price, in our opinion a little expensive for quality, yes, the very nice and romantic restaurant.
