This was our second stay at villas on the Villa Nohara complex (also stayed in Sep/Oct 2019). 
We stayed in villa 4 this visit which was in better overall condition than villa 14 (which at some time in the past appeared to have had all the internals (walls, wooden furniture, window & door frames) spray painted white). 
We found both villas clean, spacious & comfortable although some of . the breeze.  
The location suited us perfectly being slightly inland from the costal pathway (5 -10 min walk) and almost equidistant to the "old" town area & the "new" Marina Rubicon area. 
The booking and arrivals process were straightforward.
Gina, the arrivals point of contact, was once again very welcoming when we got to the villa and resolved some minor maintenance issues during our stay promptly.
For price, space, facilities and location these are villas we would consider staying at again if we go back to Playa Blanca.

Winter break

I could mention here a list of reasons I would never stay in these villas again but the one most important would have to be the damage to the metal on both external patio doors where someone had obviously tried to break into the property 
Someone did arrive to measure them but they weren’t replaced whilst we were there
This did not let us sleep easy

Doors had been tampered with!

Stayed here for a week early march 2019 and was impressed by how well equipped it was and a small welcome pack was waiting for us also. The villa was clean and very welcoming but only downside for us was how hard the beds were it was like sleeping on a concrete block they were that hard, but overall would happily stay here again as it was peacefull and only a ten minute walk into the centre of playa blanca

Excellent

My family and I stayed at 12B a three bed standard villa which was a brilliant size for the four of us. Gina the lady who welcomed us was very welcoming and friendly. We was told the pool is cleaned Saturday and Wednesday  for us this was not the case. We only stayed for a week and by the end of it the pool side was green. The two top bedrooms had light mold around the rooms as you can see from the pictures. So I wasn’t happy about with my four year old staying in one of the top rooms. Moths in bedding probably prior from being cleaned the day or couple days before hand. I think the charge for high chair and cot bed is silly even though it’s only €30 but when you pay 1k for a week should be offered in service as most places we visit do so. Playa Blanca is lovely and very close walking distance to the villa. I would say not a place for night life or not much for children like kiddie events early evening in bars etc. The decor was standar as I expected. They’re could be more kitchen units considering it’s meant to keep six people. They could do with updating the kitchen also as some of it was damaged and a danger ( I thought) to our 1 year old so had to keep him out of the kitchen. Overall it was a lovely relaxing stay but wouldn’t go back to playa Blanca unless in a hotel once the kids get older for more entertainment.

Stay at Villa Nohara

We stayed in villa number 4 for a week. 3 bed villa with lots of room all was in good order. The lady we rented the apartment from also arranged very cheap car hire for us. All in all well looked after. 

Great villa 

Well situated villa close to main strip 
Great area to stay lots of restaurants very reasonable cheaper than England for good quality food. Also a selection of very cheap bar which sell quick food to fill the gap for very cheap prices 
Good villa plenty of space for several couples 
Stayed with partner more than enough 
Swimming pool very clean villas very clean maid comes in every couple of days 
Doors are tricky it will take you few hours to get the nack of locking and opening 
Only big issue is pigeon poo on balconys havnt been cleaned for a while
