The floors of the villa were dusty, in the kitchen a socket was hanging from the wall, the sliding door was hung from the living room to the kitchen, the refrigerator door lacked the storage, the coffee machine and pot didn't fit together, kitchen knives were glued with pattex, a chair in the living room was made of glue, for 5 beds only 2 wool blankets were available in February, satellite system for international remote operation was not, water pump for the kitchen and was defective after a week, garden furniture was old and simple plastic. Small pool was cleaned on the 3rd day. Complaints had to be made by email, the anxiety spoke spanish and were freed up. The surroundings of the villa and the entire interior of the villa seem to have been very beautiful and it seems that the entire water pump system is not as simple as it seems.

Villa Cristina 33b, very neglected, had a lot of stress

On arrival the villa was clean and tidy beds changed, the pool was clear. The villa itself has 5 bedrooms large in size with a nice lounge area and also 6 seater dining table. The outside space was lovely well maintained garden area with plenty of sun loungers to choose from, the is very large over 40ft wide X 20ft and under 6ft deep at its widest point.
All-in all this villa has everything including sea views and also views of Fuertvenura in the distance.
In summary lovely villa plenty of space.

No 6 Villa Dekota

This villa is very very poor ... I would not recommend it to anyone.
When we arrived late afternoon, the water was off .. hence no showers or toilets working ! This was fixed the following afternoon...
The villa has 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed ..4 foot 6" another has 2 small singles and the 3rd 1 small single.
The furniture is in very poor conition, the 3 seater sofa is stained, there is not enough comfortable seating for 5 people..
The external furniture consisted of a green plastic table with 4 chairs, one of which was unless as the seat slat was snapped, the 4 sunbeds were provided with 2 cushions, the parasol has no base unit and  so that was useless too !
The tiny pool (approx 13 x 9 feet ) was full of vegetation matter and has no shallow end 1.4 mtrs... despite the nice pool guy cleaning it thoroughly... it soon turned into vegetable soup again ! 
The concrete covers of the pool water pump pit were severely cracked and holed dangerous if you stand on it ?
220volt power outlet was hanging off the wall outside ?
The shower head would not fit in the holder in one of the bathrooms (no baths) The other shower waste 'bubbled' when the toilet was flushed and stank of sewage!
There is no lockable access to the rear of the villa and no security system at all ?
I could continue  ... The bottom line is consider booking this villa very carefully...
We booked 2 weeks at a cost of £3,180 ... big mistake !

Playa Blanca, 33B Los Cavales, Villa Christina

There were four of us (two couples). It is a nice villa in "a mostly German" residential area. There is a taxi rank around the corner and the fare is 4 euro to or from the centre of the resort or a 25 minute walk. 
 All of the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. the bathrooms were fine. There is a lovely patio area and a small welcoming but unheated pool. 
 The only issues that we had were no bedding for the double bed and very few towels. It was sorted out the next day though. I don't think it is the owners fault but the young cleaner who he employs. 
 I never met the owner/manager although it is a good idea to send him your mobile number when he contacts you asking for e-mails you about check in instructions. 
 I don't really know what people are complaining about to be honest. It's not luxury and it doesn't claim to be but it is a lovely Villa and We enjoyed our holiday

It is budget but we enjoyed it

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a flood in the Bathroom. Not very well equipped with towels, no hair dryer as stated, but they bought one the next day. Electric socket hanging off in one of the bedrooms, although they were informed of the electric socket, this was still the same upon departure. The bathroom door would not close, shower full of scale and second shower curtain very mouldy. The wardrobes in the bedrooms smelt very strongly of mould. The garden furniture was limited to 2 chairs, so no good for a family, the pool was full of leaves and green slime!! This could be a really nice villa if these problems were addressed.May be not enough time to clean or not enough staff? However, I would not book this particular villa again.

VILLA VERY POOR

We arrived at the Villa to find the gardener putting clean sheets on the beds, apart from this the villa had not been touched since the last people left. Kitchen and Bathrooms filthy, showers also disgusting. Only one double bedroom although the reason we booked the three bedroom was for the two double bedrooms. The curtains were hanging off the windows in the bedrooms. The back door couldn't close as it didn't fit in the frame, when we mentioned this to the gardener, he told us the owner was aware of this issue. Apart from the safety issue of not being able to lock up the villa, the door also banged and let in a very cold wind. Only one shower worked and the smell of dampness from the drains in the bathroom was very strong. The garden area was full of bird droppings when we arrived, which were hosed into the pool as we watched. All in all this was not what we paid for and would not recommend to anyone wanting a nice villa.
