Travelled early June 10nights with jet 2 given villa n.o 7 4 adults 2 children. Very spacious and clean kitchen needs updating not enough cups or glasses, pool really cold which was disappointing my children didn't spend as much time in there as they'd have liked. Arrived at 9pm and they were no welcome pack just water would've been nice so had to venture out to find a shop not too far from town but food in spar and hippo Dino was so expensive. Having showers at night was a mare not enough water for all 6 to shower in even lukewarm water first and second person would be nice and warm next 4 would be cold not good when you have children and if u ran a bath all hot water just went. Also had a case of the dreaded ants noticed a few when we arrived a few days after they were all over sides on sink etc complained to jet 2 a person turned up 2 days afterwards with a sweeping brush and ant spray were told they had a problem in a few of the villas didn't see one person from jet 2 even though we complained. the last day was disappointing had a night flight home had to vacate the villa at 10am nowhere to leave your suitcases or shower had to pay a company to collect cases and drop back off when our bus was due. I would've thought Jet2 should advise of this but nothing until we complained about the ants the rep rang and told us this.

Not well equipped

Recently returned from a seven stay in Villa 9 and we had an excellent experience.  The bungalow had obviously undergone a refurbishment to a contemporary style and was pristine in every respect.  We had all the facilities described in a previous review and again everything was in excellent order.  The BBQ is great and the pool warm and maintained twice during our stay.  We expected a towel change mid week but two lovely ladies arrived and not only changed the towels but also cleaned the bungalow, an added bonus and very much appreciated.  Would highly recommend.

Superb villa

Overall we had a good stay in Villa 16. The villa is a nice size with everything we needed. The pool was warm and the villa was clean.
The only downsides for us were a lack of working air conditioning (and no air conditioning unit at all in one bedroom) which would have been an issue if we visited later in the year when it was hotter. Also there was no mid-week cleaning or towel changing which would have been nice.
Overall a good villa in a nice location.

Good villa in a good location

Just returned from 7 night stay in villa 16. We were there for the last week of October. Villa has everything, free WiFi, full kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster, iron and ironing board and even a dish cloth, sponge, washing up liquid and a things like foil and cling film! All 3 bedrooms large with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. 2 bathrooms with mini soap and some toilet roll.
Living room had tv, DVD player, books, cards and a few other mini travel games. Outside pool was lovely and heated with 6 sun loungers and a drying rack and also a bbq area. Only downside to the villa itself if I had to be REALLY picky was that the beds were not too comfortable but we are spoilt with our bed at home.
Outside noise didn’t bother us at all, villa 16 isn’t overlooked at all and we felt had the best position. Short walk to main beach front where there are pedalows, water sports, shops and restaurants. Just behind all of those is the town centre. A further walk along the sea front brings you to a smaller beach which is quieter but has showers to rinse off and when the boats come in you can catch some great waves in the sea. 
We ate out at least once a day at various places, jungle bar and the Irish bar next door on the sea front do great meals all value for money. Ice house on the way down to the beach we tried on our last day and does an amazing full English breakfast! Wish we had tried their cook your own steak on a stone evening meal.
Great place, not too lively or busy and perfect for us and what we wanted. We went with jet2 holidays and would definitely go again.

Fantastic family villa

Went in 2017 and was given villa 8 and it was fantastic the villa was updated and had some TLC. Requested same villa for our 2018 holiday but was given villa 6. Rather than a bungalow it is a villa over two levels. Villa is ok but really needs some maintenance. Kitchen is old and falling apart in places, bathrooms are tired and some drill holes have just been left, some locks work some don’t, WiFi is terrible and only works on the ground floor- GRRR, ladders into pool broke and look like they have given up, chairs round table outside all have splits in them and need replacing, we’ve been here a week and no sign of a cleaner, showers are hit and miss. BBQ is good and we have used many times. I paid and extra £400 this year to be basically down graded to a second rate villa and won’t book again. Will look for an independent villa as I don’t like having to ‘hope’ I get the right villa, Jet2 have increased the price again for 2019 by another £300 so an extra £700 in two years, scandalous.
