Hotel is located in the city center, yet in a very quiet area. Close to the main station, shops, and supermarkets. Can walk everywhere within the center. 
Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms. Great staff. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby (free of charge).

Must try hotel in the city of Lleida

Nice hotel with a restaurant on site and complimentary parking. Good location. The room itself is small and there was no coffee service provided in-room. Beds were fine. We asked for two beds and this was provided. We had 2 twin beds pushed together. Might as well have had one bed! Apparently this is fairly typical in Europe. Wonderful service in the hotel restaurant. Beware, there is no air conditioning in the room during “winter” no matter the actual temperature. There is also minimum electrical outlets which is not a deal breaker, but an annoying inconvenience. It’s an average hotel but I’m giving 4* because of the excellent food and service.

Decent hotel, good food

Nice and clean hotel in central location. Good sized rooms and bathroom.  Friendly staff at the front desk (cannot say exactly the same about staff picking up the few things left to eat at exactly the closing time for breakfast, while a party of seven were still chatting and slowly eating).

Comfortable stay

I checked in at 7:30 pm.  Tried to shower at 9:30pm to find no hot water.  After calling the front desk they said it was throughout the building.  Called back at 10:30ish to tell me it was repaired.
Next morning I went to shower and there was NO HOT WATER!
The front desk had NO idea as to what happened.  Not sure how that could be possible if there is any communication within the hotel.

Fairly typical of a hotel in a large group.

Enjoyed our three nights here. Staff really helpful particularly Alba who helped us to enjoy our stay.

On the first morning we were disappointed with the poor "topping up" of the breakfast buffet but it certainly improved later.

Did not have dinner at the AC but would stay again if in the area.

Reasonably central, hotel parking, room clean and functional.

Nice modern room, and finally one with a working towel warmer which was very helpful in drying our laundry!

The staff, especially Alba, was very friendly and helpful. 

Space in the dining area was quite limited and can be crowded when big groups come in. But the staff are quick to set up tables in the adjacent bar area.
