I have booked for a holiday from 4th till 11th July 2018. Unfortunately my mum had a car accident and was killed and I had to cancel my holiday. On the 28th of June I informed them of the situation and the management charged my Visa with the whole amount of the holiday. I sent them several emails in which I described the situation and requested the money back or at least to refund them for another week in September however their response was "We are sorry about that but the owner loose this week and he can not return this money. It is toos short time.
Best Regards. " I am disgusted by this reply because on humanitarian reasons the management should have refunded the money.

Disgusted by their service

I booked this apartment having spotted it on Booking.com. Upon arrival (11.45 pm) I called Olga and she showed me to the 1st floor apartment. This looked better than the online photos, and the view from the balcony looked straight on the beach. Fantastic. The location, amenities and host were all faultless, I couldn't have booked a better place. Definitely my first choice on my return. Thanks Olga.

Faultless apartment.

1st floor 2 bed. apt.in good location. Bit noisy at night from traffic. Would be far to hot in summer, as no a/c. Good quality mattress. Lovely big American fridge/freezer. Could not connect to wi fi  for some reason, so had to go to a bar. Only Spanish TV. Don't think it is suitable for 6, as there are only 4 dining chairs.
