We went to spend a night, the nice and quiet environment, parking very convenient to leave the car, swimming pool... but the apartments were SUCIOS, the dishes were hand-washed, the toaster full of bread scraps, the shower with hair and dirt that didn't clean in a long time and the beds... that was the worst, we slept on top of the bed dressed, the jacket had hair and the pillow playing with the edredon oil and sweat, which made us think that the pillows had not changed.

Despite its good location, excellent views, parking, swimming pool and a friendly manager, the two-bedroom apartment (760 euros 6 nights) was poorly maintained: almost rotten grifos, mold in the bathroom, a strong smell of humidity throughout the house, no air conditioning, a mid-range closet.

It's a pity it's so poorly cared for.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Installations such as those seen in the pictures. Everything is correct. We were brought firewood for the fireplace on different occasions. Very cozy and warm. Good air conditioning. We invite you to something in the restaurant of the owners Casa Rosalía.

We stayed in these apartments for 4 days and the truth is that I highly recommend it. I was in an apartment for two people, specifically in the number III. I had a rather large bedroom with a wedding bed, closet and air conditioner. The bathroom was a toilet with a toilet seat (perhaps the shower space was a bit fair), it was quite equipped, with a hair dryer, 3 rolls of toilet paper and more than one towel per person. The living room was a spacious living room and quite large. The kitchen equipment consisted of a microwave bed, coffee, dishwasher, refrigerator (without freezer) and glass pot (without refrigerator), we had a lot of toiletries as well as a cupboard, and we could always get up there without any questions.

Very good quality to price ratio.

Occupations are paid.

I recommend that those who travel with their pets, they accept without any hindrance. The spaces are large and comfortable, have a fireplace, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic glass plate, and all the equipment and utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The manager is always available to help in any case.

Unbeatable charm, great comfort and stunning scenery.

Apartments Via Nova are located in Lobios, a quiet and friendly town in the middle of Xurés National Park and two steps from the border in Portela do Homem. To highlight the extreme sympathy of Mr. Carlos who welcomed us with open arms and explaining in detail all the functionalities of the apartment. As a positive factor we highlighted the quality-price ratio of the apartments, fully equipped and modern, with A/C with us and with a covered garage in the lower part of the apartments. The enterprise also has an external swimming pool, but which unfortunately we could not take advantage of the state of the weather (a lot of rain and we did our best). As less positive factors, we highlighted the lack of fork and meal plates and some of the necessary utensils for the construction of this apartment.

Globally acceptable

It is a hotel apart,located in a mountain environment,the apartments have the essentials for a few holidays in the mountainous countryside,where there are plenty of things to do on foot,and also the bathrooms in the lobby spas that are 4~5km from the village,there are other spaces in Bande 25km from a river beach,where there are ruins of the megalithic (Romans),there are also several hot water but because of the water level,we have not been able to get to be submerged,but then we practically stayed in the lobby show that has a public portion with water that is still available from our estancia,so I have to take a bath after this evening because the summer weather is impossible to clean up!!I have a nice restaurant that is not available and I return to the hotel.

Relax, rest, family, nature

It's great for taking the family and spending a few days in the wild, it's in the lobby area and it's close to almost everything, like restaurants, supermarkets, because the rooms have a plate/boiler, microwave, refrigerator and also air conditioning and it's nice to have somewhere to buy something to cook if you understand it, it's close to the hot water pools, even though it's located in Spain in 10 minutes we're on the border of the man's gate and we can start the adventure in the middle of the amusement park
