We've been in the center of Los Llanos for 14 days, in an excellent position, kind, clean, we didn't enjoy breakfast because we always wanted to try new places, we'll definitely see you next year, thanks again Sandra and Paolino

Calm down.

The hotel is located in the pedestrianised area of the city but there is a parking lot nearby. The room is pleasant and with a good comfortable bed. For non-sporting guests, the hotel has no elevator.

It's the right hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights during Easter, our reservation was for double room and reception helped us to check-in early as we arrived early in the morning. The room was very clean, well equipped with the bathroom amenities and the furniture were in good condition. I really loved the view to the mountains from the balcony.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location

I had a confirmed booking at the hotel. Upon arriving in the evening I was told that someone had extended his stay and I dont get my room. They did not even call
me during the day in which case I could have looked for something else. They gabe me the choice between another hotel where the room was directly on the highway and a room in a youth hostel, where I ended up. Thats not how I imagined my stay!

Complete catastrophy!

Good find in a pretty pedestrian only area of town. Quite basic but clean and comfy (but a bit noisy with the bars below on a Saturday night and the rumble of the volcano eruptions, October ‘21). Well-located with good restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Rachel who runs the hotel is charming as is her mother. 
Great view from bedroom terrace. Very reasonably priced.

An Eden experience

The truth is, the best thing about the hotel is the attention of the girl who answers your phone and is at the reception.That said... never be there again, a hotel that leaves much to be desired, no TV in the rooms, the only one they have is at the reception and not working, the wifi doesn't reach them, the room service doesn't work on Sundays, and this seems to me to be rare and more in a weekend where an event like transvulcania is celebrated.

Unfortunate 

I've been staying in hostels with better facilities, rooms without TV, wifi, refrigerator, lamentable toilet, no elevator, I still don't understand who gave it the consideration of hotel, a lot of noise, very old furniture, price discounted, sleeping fees if you can, no blinds, since sunrise and entering La Luz in the room, I don't recommend it to anyone, I'll never return.

Old hotel and pesimo.

Superior room: small, very simple room (No. 43): 1 bed, 1 table, 2 chairs, no balcony, large bathroom; 4 floors, 78 steps, no elevator. Beautiful view of the city on the caldera. On the first floor nice living area with WiFi.

First class location

I stayed there for almost the whole month of December...because I was given a hard time and had to cancel my outdoor accommodation.The room is very simple but very comfortable....and the bathroom is very nice.I had a balcony on the side street so I could sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.Because it is in the center of the little weather I had I could go out for a walk down the street and eat and dine.The owner and her daughter Raquel were very nice to me....just like the girls in the service...I thank you and if I can go back to the same hotel.

Personally very nice.

The hotel is very old, there is no elevator, we're in a room, the room looks like we're in a palomar, there's no 24-hour reception, so when you arrive at 11pm after dinner you see a sign saying that you lock the hotel entrance door.
