Friendly Rentals Paseo de la Habana 

I stayed here because their sister hotel Eurobuilding was sold out of discounted rooms for my conference. This was cheaper, and it showed. The room was a bit small, the desk small, the room temperature control didn’t seem to work - the room was too warm during the day and too cool at night. The main complaint was the shower water temperature was very inconsistent while showering, going from just right to freezing temperature in an instant. There is a noisy playground next door, and there is construction on another side. Breakfast was good, better than a typical continental layout. Overall I would return as an alternative.
