Apartments very well located to walk through the city center. A few steps from the sun and leisure areas. Large rooms, perfect cleaning and decoration. Cafeteria at the entrance. Magnificent treat. A place to return.

Good location and great details.

The apartment is fine, the perfect place for the area where we wanted to move, the right decoration, the good care, but... there is an unbearable smell and noise. I explain: the humus extraction from the kitchen of the bar that is on the ground floor must pass through the room we occupy and not be well sealed, causing the unbearable smell in the room.

Yes, but...

I stayed for two weeks in a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment. I appreciated everything, including the fact that it really needed everything that could be served beyond the equipped kitchen. I was in Madrid for work but I also had free time and this property helped make both aspects very pleasant. To definitely come back!

Delightful apartment

We stayed here for the third straight year and have booked for next year. The management and staff are very responsive and pleasant. The facility and price can’t be beat. The location can’t be beat: central to the 3 grand museums, Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Santa Ana, Mercado San Mercado and Plaza Mayor. The immediate area has several restaurants of different cuisines. 
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very good accommodation in the center of Madrid. Very correct attention and always available for any matter. The apartment contains all the amenities, with seats, a kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with elevator.

A very good option.

We stayed in this lovely apartment on Nov 1 for 3 nights and by far the most beautiful place we have stayed in all the places we have been. They have the basics of the usual rental apartments but this is the only apartment we have been that has a "welcome pack"...the basics you need like dish cloth, washing liquid, bin bags, detergent liquid and sponge which you needed..saving you the hassle of going to the shop...they are in small packets and tubes but thats all you needed, very smart indeed..they are a PRO in the business! You wouldn't mind going to the shops though 'coz it's only at the corner and they sell fresh fruits and veg! The apartment is indeed walking distance to everything specially the train station. I didn't mind the slight noise from the neighbor 'coz we can all sleep well...the only slightest fault we noticed was the stinky smell coming out from the main toilet which my husband thinks is from the drainage...he run the water and it seemed to have disappeared otherwise everything went perfect and I will highly recommend the place...by the way there is a Huertas Bar 10 that is just beside the apartment...this certainly is a bonus! If you fancy a nice meal and your coffee or drink,well this is the place...a real value for money! Prices are reasonably good right at your doorstep! We are a family of 2 teens and 2 younger kids and I must say my kids enjoyed the place so well! Thank you Apartamentos Huertas! You made our stay in Madrid an enjoyable and memorable one...Strongly recommend the place to everyone even those with small children...I will certainly comeback to this apartment!

By far the best Apartment I have come across with!

We arrived on a Thursday afternoon between 3-4pm. Probably try to avoid arriving near this time if you pick up keys at the restaurant next door as it is really busy! We stayed on level 4 at a loft apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and suited us for our 2 night stay. It is quite close to some great tapas and bars and walking distance to the metro and surrounds. We love to walk everywhere and the apartment is in a great location to do this. I loved also that this apartment was super quiet, we could open the doors/window and have the ambience flow in or close it for complete silence. This apartment was probably one of the most reasonably priced for the area also. Highly recommended.

Great location

This is a great apartment for the location and accessibility. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is inside. We stayed in a loft at level 4. It’s great value for money and provided us with everything we needed. Highly recommended. Tip*try not to arrive near 3pm, the restaurant where you pick up the keys gets super busy during this time.
