We really did not know what to expect when we booked this place and we were really pleased with what we found. We were initially put off with being called a hostel however we booked based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. This place is a little gem in a great location with very well priced rooms. Rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed, good aircon and a good sized modern bathroom. The place is on a shopping street and you do need to look out for the number 39 above the doorway or you will walk (and continue to) walk right past. Loads of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. We loved the city of Madrid and will definitely stay here when we return again! 

Great little hotel

We stayed just before/while pride 2019 was starting. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful and the rooms wee of a great standard. The shower was roomy and had  decent power, WiFi was easily picked up and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 2 things I would say to management would be that I prefer to avoid single use plastics - ie glasses in bathrooms and shower gel sachets- would much rather prefer actual glasses and a dispenser for toiletries. Also a bin in the room would be handy. Big plus that every room has a small fridge to keep drinks cool and  the air con works very well.  Overall very impressed 

Great time with friends 

This hotel located in central of tourist attraction, the rooms are very clean and quite big for an hostal.  it was difficult for me to find the place since they don't have signage but the reception staff was very helpful given direction.  

My suggestion to have safe-deposit box the rest are great

Great location and good price 

Both the location and the cleanliness, the treatment of the staff, the comfort of the bed, the comforts, it seems a hotel instead of a pension.
Highly  recommended for a weekend or a whole week to get to know the center of Madrid, go out for a party in the city or go shopping.


PERFECT

We had a lovely time in this hostel: it's super clean, the location is awesome, and the service is really friendly. The only problem was the reception opening hours and the somewhat vague emailing prior to our arrival. The confirmation letter, for instanse, was in Spanish only, but the reception spoke very good English after all. If you wish to stay in this hostel, I strongly recommend a room with a balcony! It's so nice to sit there, have your morning coffee and listen to people walk by below you. And even with the balcony, the price is still very affordable.
