Excellent from start to finish Greeted pleasantly on arrival and as we were very early, was told room likely to be ready at midday and not the expected 3pm which was great. Luggage stored for us and room was ready by midday. Room was clean and bright. Plenty of power outlets and reading lights by bed. Air conditioning great and wifi very strong. Bathroom modern and again very clean. Breakfast could get busy at peak times which are clearly displayed so we just avoided those and had no problems. Only stayed 3 nights so the limited menu suited us. Staff on hand 24hrs and arranged a taxi for the airport at 3am. Brilliant location. 10-15 mins stroll to Plaza Mayor, even less to Plaza Sol. Local Metro stop 2 mins away. Perfect location for getting everywhere and quiet location to stay in. Would return here on any future visits.
