Stayed here for 3 nights for the Xmas markets and lights. We had a 3 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, the three bedrooms had double beds which were very comfortable, the sitting room had sofa beds which we used one as a bed and it was very comfortable. The apartment was huge and absolutely Georgous. Very modern and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The apt was spotless clean. The self check in was handy enough. The apt is in an excellent location, you are in walking distance to most of the main attractions, hop on hop off stop a few minutes away which was a great way to see the city. You have shops, cafes bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. We got a taxi to and from airport which was a set price of €30 each way. About 20mins drive. Would highly recommend these apartments

Excellent apartment

Beautiful and cozy apartment, very comfortable and well equipped, perfectly well located. The guest service team is amazing and helpful, they allowed us a really late late check out the day of our departure. We will definitively come back on our next visit!

Great place to stay in downtown Madrid

Clean, modern and central, definitely recommend these apartments. Our apartment had 3 bedrooms all with double beds, 2 sofa beds and 2 bathrooms, great for our party of 7 guests to celebrate my 31st birthday. The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk to Puerto Del Sol and 3-5 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and the Mercado De San Miguel all tourist attractions you must see. Other top attractions such as El Retiro Park, Plaza de Cibeles, Telefrico de Madrid and The Royal Palace were all within 25-30 minute walking distance.



Magnificent Madrid 

Great little apartment right in the middle of Madrid, I was there over New Year 2020, and I didn't realized that our 3 balconies with French doors were only few block from Plaza del Sol and we could see the clock from our apt. So we spend NYE on the balcony watching the festivities down the street, amazing.  Great location, walking everywhere the whole time.
The only problem is the TV didn't have any English channel, no CNN or BBC, but then on the other side I got to practice my Spanish.

Fell like a local

We spent a week in Aspacios Apartments over the 2020 New Year holiday. The size of the apartment was ideal for us (a couple), and the location was phenomenal: from our balcony overlooking Calle Mayor we had a million-dollar view of the Puerta Sol clock tower and the New Year celebrations. We were also walking distance to major historic sites, museums, art galleries, and innumerable shopping options. The apartment was quite comfortable: ample hot water for showers, all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, a dining room table for eating or computer work, a washing machine and clothes dryer rack. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman who checked us in provided helpful suggestions about nearby sites. The apartment was also very quiet, even with New Years' revelers outside. Our apartment was on the second floor, which was perfect, as it gave us a close look at the street activity outside, but was high enough to buffer some of the street noise.

A home in the heart of Madrid

We stayed at Aspasios Calle Mayor Apartments for three night in November.

It is located right in the heart of the center of Madrid and it's attractions.  Plaza Mayor is literally right across the street, Puerto del Sol is a 5 min walk where there is shopping and the Metro station you can take to basically anywhere.  
There are bars and restaurants right when you step outside and they are they are all good.  Did not have a bad meal anywhere in town.  Conveniently there was a Cervezaria about 50 feet away that have 1 euro mugs of beer and 1.5 euro mini sandwiches.  

We stayed in apartment 2A which was very spacious which had a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the the living room.  There is a full service kitchen with washer and dryer as well.  Both rooms have small terraces you can look down to the main street Mayor.  The apartment was clean and quiet at night even though it is on a major street.  The only critique i would have is the bathroom was rather small but it is Europe after all.

Other helpful tips:
Take the Metro from the airport to the the apartment.  It will probably be quicker than a cab because of the traffic.  Buying Metro ticket is easy at one of the kiosks where you can select English.
If you do decide to take the taxi it is a 30 euro flat fee.  Before you take off though mention that to the cab driver.  We did not and he charged us on the meter which was 15 euro more.

Location, location, location!

While the pictures seem to show a beautiful establishment, it is not in reality.  The paint on the walls is chipping and very dirty, there was only one night stand light but two nightstands, the towels were not really white mostly grey and dirty, even after exchanging...there were long woman’s red hairs in my clean towel.  The mattress was the worst/hardest/oldest/cheapest thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Everything was very old including the Kitchen, and shower/tub, only a hand spray no exhaust/ventilation - walls old outdated/bad stone - not clean and fresh and nice.  All doors had piles of black dust in corner under hinges from years of wearing down and never cleaned.  I did not enjoy it at all, was not a beautiful place to be when not enjoying wonderful Madrid. Also the Halls are old and dirty...feels like a bad 80’s hostel. The location is fantastic if you want to be in the Sol/Plaza Mayor area. 

Madrid Apt. 

My family and I have just returned from from staying here (in apartment 6D).  The location of these apartments is the main positive.  They are very close to Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, Cathedral etc.  They are also only a few minutes walk from the Opera Metro station.  The staff on reception are also friendly and helpful.  The only negatives were that the apartment looked a bit “tired” and needed some minor renovation.  Also, the bathroom was tiny.

Great location 

Strategic apartment in the middle of the city. Next to Puerta de Sol and Sol Metro station (+/- 100 m). Variety foods like KFC, BK, Steak House, Tapas Bar, Famous Bakery and Maket (E Corte Ingles). 

Place of interest only a few minutes form (Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Villa, Mercado of San Miguel). 

Good staff, helpfully, speed service.  They are fixed our door room while we had a key problem.  Finish at the same day. None stay 24 hours in this apartement, but the emergency call works  so well. 

The room itself was spasios with extra sofa bed. I like the smart washing machine. Very quick clean. Big refridgerator and helpful kitchen. The bahtroom was too small but thanks for the bidet. 

The wi-fi .. good enough but not as fast enough. 

The apartement in the city center. I have accept the reality :  noisy when  the weekend coming. But It is ok for me.

Suitable for couples and family with kids or baby. Very efficient. But not good for solo traveller. 

Excellent

We enjoyed our stay, we were in a great position to explore the city. Walkable to a number of attraction, dining options, everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Carlos. The hot water was a little slow to come through in the showers, but they organised for a maintenance man to look at it immediately. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return !
