Hostess and staff were super-friendly and helpful and organization was very pleasant and uncomplicated. The appartment was big, not stylish but well-appointed and very clean. We stayed here in a hot period when air-conditioning and rolling shutters proved to be another plus. The house itself was quiet and safe while centrally located and hardly two minutes walk from the next big shopping street. This was more than worth the money.

Clean, comfortable, central, and above all: friendly

We spent only 3 nights in the Sol apartment but found it so comfortable and pleasant we wished to stay longer.  Location is very close to the Carretas exit in the Puerta del Sol and easy walking distance to all the museums and shops, the Plaza Mayor, the Corte Ingles, etc.  Met by a rep who gave us all the info we needed within the apartment and gave good suggestions for what to do in the area.  We'll stay with Apartamentos Dana again.

Central Madrid Apartment

We stayed in this apartment in our first city in Spain, Madrid. The apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped. There's a kitchen in case you need to cook or even make some tea or coffee. 3 of us were staying and it didn't feel cramped. The location is great and close to the attactions in central Madrid. Make sure you coordinate with the owners about when you will reach to pick up the keys. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside was the poor wi-fi.

Great welcome to Spain

He location is great,it's just round the corner from grand via.location price and  host are all great,as is the fact that the apartment is super clean.only negatives are that walls are a bit on the thin side ( I always take earplugs and this helped a lot) also the area have a few hookers around,but the apartment is across from main police headquarters , so very safe.i would stay in this apartment again as location and price are great.

I stayed in one-bedroom Apartment Number 1 with the family of 4. 
Pluses: 
-perfect location steps from Gran Via. 
-Apartment has everything you may need. Stuff is nice and available to help you with anything.
 - Quiet place
Areas for improvement:
- WIFI was working poorly most of the times and disappeared sometimes. Maybe because we had 3-4 devices connected at the same time.
 - Dim lighting in the living room and the bedroom
