Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 20; - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 30; - After 00:00, EUR 40. For stays longer than 6 nights we offer an additional change of towels as a courtesy. For stays of less than 6 nights you will have to pay at the property for the following extra charges: 5€ per set of towels if required by the guest. It is forbidden to deposit garbage bags in the common areas of the building. The accommodation of unregistered people in our apartment is prohibited. In the event that this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation automatically. Please, always carry your keys with you. The trip to the apartment to open the door for this reason after 20:00 will cost 25 euros. Guests must be careful not to lose or leave the keys inside the lock. In the event that this occurs, the cost of repairing the lock or copying the keys will be assumed by the guest.
