Poor maintenance in general, parts eaten by the oxide, a lot of dirt in general, ultimately we got 100€ off the 1053€ of the room, the site is old and very poorly maintained, wooden windows very poorly preserved, very unpleasant.

It's a terrible vacation experience.

Apartment is old and dirty. Kitchen equipment is missing or ruined (cafeteria rotted, balley without sleeve, small refrigerator and nothing on the door to put the bottles, etc...). Uncomfortable beds. Very noisy, windows without double glazing, some rusted and not closing. Also in the night of 10th to 11th August we were awakened by a huge noise, it was the oscillating window of the kitchen that fell on the sink, I let you imagine if it was the moment we broke the small dishwasher.

FURIOUS

This place is unsanitary, we've been here for 10 days, a disaster, the apartment was dirty and in very bad condition, full of ants in the kitchen, refrigerator with dirt in it, no room service.

Establishment on the run

Vintage but clean housing..equipped with click and twin beds.. kitchen well.equipped but fridge that has lived too much.. sdb clean but shower curtains quite cracked (mills)... super good shower pressure!! Bright. On the main axis so quite noisy.. on the other hand, hyper noisy neighbors and extras fine walls!! beach 60 meters.. city center 50.. few parking spaces available because many people. swimming pool but not very attractive, pity.. good stay in general.

It's in a good location, but...

Truly the only thing that respects the images that are usually put up for rent in rental pages, is the views of the balconies, NO PUSEE AIR ACONDITIONADO and the Wifi es Pésimo!!! only the owner handed us a veneer of a 33-inch vinyl disc dameter, A VERY VERGENCE.

We found that our room was not ready and we had to wait for an hour. We left the suitcases at the bar/restaurant. The pool is very small and we had a constant cold (because of the bar on the other side). The bathroom service was zero and the staff's behavior was bad. The cleaning service was terrible (if there is one) although the staff who climbed with us to the elevator alone complained about customers and coworkers. Despite the mosquitoes.

We stayed 2 nights, the first thing they asked us to pay in cash when we arrived, my husband asked him to give him a proof of payment and they said they normally wouldn't give them anything. Free wifi was advertised and when we arrived and they asked us not to go until the day after we left (What a coincidence!!).

Desperate and desperate.

Bad arrival as we were greeted by a €150 deposit that is not mentioned when booking, and due to confused receptionists we were charged an extra €50 that we did not get back. The rooms aren't too bad but very dusty, attract a lot of mosquitos and smells of damp, no locks on the bathroom doors and you have to hold to shower head otherwise it will flood the bathroom. We did not eat at the restaurant/cafe connected to the apartment which we do not know if it has an affiliation with it or not, as it did not look appetising at all but on our day of departure we were told by the apartment owners that we could sit in there to wait for our transfer, we did so an hour or so before we left and we were treated terribly, the male owner rudely told us we could not drink our own drinks from the shop next door around the pool or at the tables because we had to spend money at their bar we were then rudely told we have to get out of the pool area because we were not purchasing any food, we had luggage and children with us so it made leaving a hassle, the male owner of the restaurant was rude and disrespectful and their rules are pathetic.
We had to then sit outside on the steps with all of our luggage.
All the furniture in the outside area were covered in damp and the tables did not look like they are cleaned often.
Would not return to Bellamar and do not recommend, but Malgrat de mar is a lovely area would definitely stay in a different hotel/apartment next time.

Terrible

Apartment in a ruinous state, we spent five terrible nights with a lot of noise from party youths and the screams of the vigilante. There were a lot of mosquitoes. The kitchen management was scarce. The ceiling lamp hung solely from the electrical cables. The balcony was broken and it was dangerous. In the basement of the building there are many abandoned premises and full of garbage that send off a very bad smell. The owner demanded payment to the account and did not give us a receipt with which we have no right to claim. They were very unreasonable, they lied to Booking saying that we only paid one night to minimize the compensation.

Horrible 

An elderly lady, the owner, receptionist,??? we don't know too much elsewhere, speaks a word or two in English but not French at all, not easy to understand. In any case she knows how to make herself understand that she prefers liquid. Apartment not very clean at the arrival, refrigerator destroy not plugged, for the kitchen equipment not even a hood, box opener, or toilet. The night noisy, simple glazing, street side not just part of curtains. swimming pool all 4m x 5m maxi. Positive point: proximity to the beach, city center and small business.
