Bon Aire is an affordable, well-located apartment house which has been beautifully restored. We always like to come back. The apartment house is in good condition and well managed, taking care of everything quickly.

At the first assessment in 2018, we generously overlooked various shortcomings in the hope of not having any difficulties with the hotel manager on the next vacation. Unfortunately, this was not the case: our request only an apartment up to the 1st day (for reasons of age), right after the booking in February, was not taken into account, although there was a constant contact by email! Even 4 weeks before the arrival! For this we were immediately placed in front of complete facts on the spot (second floor), the whole thing in a tone that destroyed any vacation at our house.

Unfortunately, this time we were not satisfied at all!!

My god what to say about this place is not to reserve..houses older than old, a pool never maintained, dirt everywhere and then the worst we all let do in this place..sitting in a family of 4 above and below us 6 Germans who had the right to do everything..alcohol, drugs, music until 3 o'clock in the morning..vomiting on their terrace, opening beer cans from the balcony and letting them flow to their friends from the bottom all through our balcony...no intervention from the guard despite our repeated requests, the first time I sleep with earplugs, no respect for it, plus you have to pay in cash for your reservation, the kitchen is the only time of the year and the equipment is constantly borrowing, they don't make it to the beaches but it was a beautiful night to go through our balcony...there really was a year to spend on the rooftops of our FZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZYZY

It's an apartment complex with beautiful apartments. The apartment complex is located right on a driveway, but it doesn't really bother you. The apartments have a good floor plan and are comfortably furnished. The apartments are well equipped and have everything you need to live. We slept very well. The housekeeper takes care of everything, very well and immediately, class. He is the soul of the house. Nice pool with beds, 2 training equipment and accommodation. We will definitely come back.

A beautiful, well-kept and affordable apartment

Even if the equipment (kitchen) is already a little older and in need of some repair, you can live with it. The gas stall was not a problem at all. The additional equipment is fine. The hotel manager was always ready to help. Usually the traffic noise is not a problem when you look at the rolling discs and the trans buses. Mainly the older joint buses temporarily generate a noise level of 101 dB! We had a large terrace and had breakfast there every morning. We like to come back!

Everything is clean and tidy

We rented 2 apartments for 10 nights, apartments were clean and tidy we had apartments on ground floor with great outside space they were cleaned twice and beds changed once. The pool is a bit small but the grand kids loved it and it was never to crowded.We had to ask for kettles and toasters (which we found a bit strange as it was self catering) the apartments are just a short walk to all the bars-restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has 15 apartments. It is located 250 m from the beach, and nearby (two minutes' walk) is a large shop to do all the shopping you need. The restaurants and bars are also very close by. We stayed there for 3 weeks. The apartment was very nice and spacious (and especially very clean): a room (with a good bedding), a spacious bathroom, a kitchen, a living space and a terrace. We were at 3. The kitchen is equipped with a gas station, a large refrigerator and a coffee machine. We were able to eat every day, all the utensils you need are also available on demand. The woman can also spend 2 times a week on a clean swimming pool. The hotel is very close to the street but is not very responsible for the bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very convenient. There are also 3 parking spaces (there are very few parking spaces).

A very pleasant seaside stay

Apartment with very few pretenses, one thinks to go to Spain but finds himself suddenly in Germany, doorman who speaks only German, alerts and information all in German, TV only German channels, small and dirty swimming pool, relaxation area non-existent and of course having booked with the booking the upper floor apartment... without elevator of course.

To be Avoided

Very clean and affordable apartment with some older furniture. Super central location to the beach. In addition, fresh towels are put into the room every two days. The hotel owner is also nice and friendly. The only thing that really disturbed the holiday atmosphere was the street noise right in front of the apartment. It was sometimes quite difficult to sleep through. Otherwise affordable apartment, where you should not have too high expectations.

Price / performance is correct.

The apartment looked like it was built 40 years ago and since then nothing has changed. All furniture are old and creaking especially in the kitchen. There ware ants in the kitchen and bathroom and even one the ants carry a dead beetle.. It was disgusting. There is no sponge to wash the dishes or any liquid in the kitchen. We were in July so the waether was about 30 C and it's very hot inside during the day and night. It's hard to sleep because there is no fan. In the front of the balcony is a very busy street.. a lot of buses and cars.. it's is very loud. Honestly very very LOUD. The apartment is very stuffy in the evening and night because you must have curtains on the windows, otherwise the mosquitoes will eat you.. I had to kill about 5-10 mosquitos every night Even if I had a mosquito fluid. No 24h reception and only one man who speaks german.. No english/spanish so it was hard to communicate. There is no kettle. The pool area is close at 19.00 so you can not spend time in the evening, pool is very small. It is not good place to rest. VERY LOUD. Never again in such a place. It is better to spend 100 euros more and have normal conditions.

Only the location was good, close to center of Paguera and not far to Cala Fornells beach.. but in front of apartment is a very busy street. Paguera is nice location, ecpecially Cala Fornells very beautiful, a lot of restaurants and 3-4 beaches. Close to supermarket and bus stops. Apartment was big about 50m
