this structure accepts pets, that is why I booked it: I was travelling with my dog. However there are no rules if they are noisy or barking all day long and the manager refuses to deal with these situations. The clients in the room next to mine had a dog that was left it in the room all day and night while they were out, and the dog wouldn't stop barking and crying. We could not sleep until 03:20, which is the time the owners came back. We asked the owner to speak with the customer and let him know about the barking dog and to avoid leaving him alone at night, and to this day we still don't know if he actually spoke with them. He actually suggested that we spoke with his customer so he could avoid it! The third time we asked if he had a chance to handle the situation (as the dog was still crying and barking) he suggested that WE cancel our reservation and go away, as if we were the problem! In the end we decided to leave, because I am 7 months pregnant and did not want to spent another sleepless night in my condition. When we were leaving the structure, he saw us taking our luggage to the car and turned back on his steps, just to avoid having to speak with us.... my suggestion to him, would be to take a management course and learn to deal with people, because managing a hotel is not only about taking money and cleaning a room but as well dealing with disruptive customers + set up rules for pets as they do in other pet friendly structures (this last one was also confirmed by the booking.com agent who picked my call). Never have I ever experienced this in any other of my trips!

ruined weekend

We have just come back from villa 46, al Garrabos, Aloha Golf Club.    The villa was really nice, very well equipped and really spacious for the four of us.    The pool is two minutes away and is never crowded and always has beds available to use.   The villa is large with three sun terraces and high ceilings.   I also thought it was extremely good value for money.   The gardens were beautiful and constantly being looked after with stunning views of aloha golf courses.   It was a very quiet relaxing place to stay although within close reach of a couple of bars and supermarket etc all with ten to twenty minute walk and a further five minutes down the road is the bustling centre of Puerto Banus and about 15 minute drive to Marbella.    I booked this directly with the owner through trip advisor and it was very straightforward and the owner answered all my questions promptly.   We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!!!!

Lovely villa in nice setting

I stayed at Villa Puerto Banus for 1 week. The host was incredibly kind and very helpful. The accomodation was ok - more like a student B&B than a hotel. A small pool in the garden. As the highway was very close, there was constant noise of the traffic. In the last night of my stay, I was not able to sleep at all due to another guest who had party all night long, was completely drunk and even brought prostitutes back to the hotel. This was an absolute "no go"!!!
