My wife and I went for breakfast there.We both ordered tostada,mine with tomato and tuna,my wife's with just tomato.
We were served very quickly,and I found my tostada to be slightly on the hard side,but olive oil on it softenned it up,but my wife's was rock hard,stale,and she left it.
When we came to pay,the waitress was not interested,and just shrugged her shoulders and charged us for it.
I doubt,we will return.

stayed in the hotel after a group of us booked Christmas dinner menu. The food is always good here. This was the first time we stayed at the hotel and as there was a number of us staying there was a mix up with the room bookings. We had to have a single room with a slightly larger bed than a single, it was okay for one night. Very basic room, the hotel is old and could do with a refurbishment

An old family run hotel and restaurant.  I have only eaten in the restaurant not stayed in the hotel.   The food is always excellent..  Fish dishes and meats, their speciality is a T-bone steak on a sizzling dish.  We have eaten there for over 10 years and the quality is always good.  They do a wonderful Christmas lunch and dinner on Christmas day.  6 tapas style starters and the main course your choice from the main menu.  The wine is free and a new bottle arrives as soon as you finish each one.  They also give you a small gift as you pay the bill.  Friends have used their special Christmas meal bed and breakfast.

This hotel is very dreary. The décor is tired and it is long overdue refurbishment. However, the most significant issue, not mentioned anywhere, is wheelchair access. There is none. No ramp into the hotel, and no lift to get to your room. My wife has mobility issues, and having to struggle up and down two flights of stairs was quite difficult for her. With a wheelchair it would be impossible.

There is a shower handset in the bath - but the attachment for this to be on the wall was broken in our room. No hairdryer in the room. TV with 48 channels - all in Spanish.

We certainly will not stay here again.

People have commented on the quality of the food. I concur - enjoyed everything we ate. Just not a good hotel.

Dreary and not accessible.

Whent for menu of the day with 8 other friends. Menu was in English and Spanish and the choices were very good. The food was excellent with great service. With 4 courses coffee and wine the cost of 11 euros including a tip was outstanding value. Highly recommended not to be missed.

Lunch

I have visited here a number of times and the quality of service, food and the amazing value remain reassuringly consistent. This is a family run hotel/restaurant which is a two minute walk from the main town car park which by the way is free.
There is a varied choice in respect of the Menu del Dia and the food is wonderfully cooked with fresh ingredients . The salad and bread provided is always fresh and extremely tasty.
All in all this venue is a level above most others in the vicinity with a pricing that is extremely competitive.
Well worth a visit if you are in or around Mazarrón

Amazing value Menu de Dia

I have not stayed at this hotel so cannot comment on the accommodation.

However this hotel offers a restaurant & separate cafeteria, also with outside eating across the road beneath weatherproof awning on the edge of a park named: Jardin de la Purisima.

To combat the heat & keep this outside space pleasant & cool there are 2 large freestanding atomiser fans.

I have not yet used the restaurant so cannot comment on the quantity or quality of the food, though at the time of my visit the restaurant was busy.

However the cafeteria is very clean, air conditioned, nicely decorated. A well stocked bar with granite frontage & countertop. Glass cabinet containing several tasty looking tapas. Various coffee's available. Well spaced tables & chairs. Gold coloured futuristic-looking room divider.

Tiled toilets, clean, tidy, fresh smelling, vanity sinks & large mirror are fit for purpose. 

Staff pleasant, polite & efficient. Spanish spoken. Menú's in English & Spanish.

Food served to the outside area was well presented, sufficiently portioned, delicious & reasonably priced.

I will use this venue in the future when in the area & look forward to sampling the restaurant.

Located approximately 3/4 of an hour car drive from Murcia 
city & 4 or 5 miles from the beach & harbour at Puerto de Mazarrón. Near to bus stops & local taxi's. Bar, cafeteria & restaurant open to non-residents.
