This hotel doesn't even offer the services of a three-star hotel.On arrival we had to pay for the room through a machine, as the card option didn't work, we used cash and didn't return the change.The elevator looks awful.The towels look like kitchen drapes and the cafeterias sound every time we open the faucet.The breakfast looks like a revent.The breakfast was poor altogether, there were no sevillas and until 10.30am there was no appearance of anyone to talk to.For these services we paid 98 €.

The worst quality price ratio.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and there was no one at the reception. To get to the hotel there was a machine (which my father probably didn't come to, because I don't know if they would have understood each other), but after a while we were able to get to the building. Our surprise? No one from the staff in the building, no cafeteria, but no machine to draw water... Once in the room (which is not bad) there was no cleaning, (floor cleaning, under the bed, bad smell, old and small towels, no dryer, but the air conditioning only gives off cold air...), but despite the cold, we stayed in bed and spent the night.

Pessimo, there would be no return.

Since the reservation page is on the phone and the lady who takes the reservation doesn't know anything and tells you that when you get to a hotel that can't miraculously send you your confirmation by mail, (reserving her on the phone was really desperate).The confirmation without any format, arrived the next day and with the reservation in another hotel, upon arrival at the medina of the marked field and resulted in me being booked in another hotel because it is also theirs and I should know 😳. Total that I changed my bed where I wanted to (xq was closer). You come to a hotel that is not miraculously 3 buses (is the one that has the most stars) so we have absolutely nothing to say, we don't even touch the door. We were told that there was something that a guy was showing up, looks like a fantastic hotel, the limestone station was empty, the next room was empty, there was a newly abandoned kitchen, there was a newly opened kitchen, there was a new room, there was no one who wanted to stay in the hotel, there was no one who wanted to check the room,

None of what you see in photos is real.

We booked this hotel in March for a late August stay - two air conditioned rooms, river facing for 200 euros, on Booking.com. We arrived and were informed that, in fact, there was no air-conditioning and put in rooms facing the parking lot. The check in was chaotic - “self check in” which didn’t work so we had to wait for someone to showing and let us in. A hellish night in small, stuffy with small children. Particularly galling given that we had recently spent stayed in an excellent, central, spacious, air conditioned hotel in Cáceres for the same price.

A complete rip off

In our experience, the hotel was boring, the old room in need of renovation. The air conditioning was not working in the heat of the moment, a curtain was rotten and we had to put a bed covering in the window because the curtains didn't cover the light, and there was also a lot of noise from the street. My son was going to stay up at night to watch the madrid bar in Las Vegas and finally we had to watch it all because we couldn't sleep. I was sitting without shower towels, with the dirty mirror and pocket cases.

An exciting night.

It's impossible to offer a favorable rating. The fatal food we eat is not given to the four-legged, especially the dinner of the first night, and we spend five, being a three-star hotel where the coats are supposed to be fabric, since they are paper. In the room next to the reception the lid of a drainage arch, covered with a screw table on the floor, that slides over an inch and a half, and smells like a cloaca.
