In the apartment the kitchen was old and poorly equipped. The oven and the dirty kitchen, which didn't want to be used. Warm and professional home. Nothing to say. Too bad there wasn't a cushion on the one tray (app for 6 people) on the terrace.

Beautiful place, house right on the beach, and perfect place to visit the island.

Loved the apartment. It was very clean and everything in working order.  
The location can not be beat, directly on the beach, literally the sand outside the gate, perfect. The beach is great too.  Very clean and not too busy with natural shade from the big trees if you want it. The only problem with it being so close to the beach was we were kept awake a few nights with people partying on the beach but it was the same group each night so that may just have been when we were there. 
The management company were fantastic and even printed out boarding cards for is when we found out you couldn't use the app in Menorca. 
We would recommend these apartments.

Fantastic location

The Jardín Playa apartments are exactly what we were looking for. we were looking for an apartment on a large, clean beach with crystal clear waters, and that was not a hotel complex where there is a crowd. they are 3 apartments under a pine tree on the beach, not near the beach but on the beach. the beach is spectacular and the treatment received by the owners is very good. anything we asked for immediately they would deliver. it is a familiar, idyllic place to spend a few quiet and noisy days.

You can feel here absolutely free. There is an ocean's view and You can also go to swimming pool because everything is so close to You. the hotel is inside the city , so everywhere you can go by foot or rent a bike, the rents are also close to the hotel.

wonderful holidays

We spent 11 nights in September 2013. We enjoyed the amazing location, the fantastic working amenities - the fridge, the oven, the gas plate, the hot water, the shower on the street to wash seawater after swimming in the sea, the clean rooms, the good service and attention from manager Karen, the convenient parking lot, the very large terrace to sit and eat and enjoy the mild climate. Just fantastic and good.

The house has exceeded all expectations!!! The sea is fantastic...maybe the best in Menorca!! Everything as in the photos... The location is great for driving around, with an hour at most you can reach all the locations on the island.

Holiday July 2013...stupida!!!

We love the apartment of Jardín playa.The location could not be better, in the same arena of Playa del Arenal.A simple but very comfortable apartment, spacious, clean, well equipped with everything necessary for a holiday stay.The view from the spectacular terrace.Very happy also with the agency with which we booked, menorcaplus.We were given facilities with the departure time, it is very grateful, as our plane left in the afternoon.We will definitely repeat on a forthcoming trip.

Perfect holidays in the Garden Beach.

The photos don't deceive.They sound like: sales of the apartment and a sandy floor on one of those magnificent beaches in Menorca.And besides, it's very much worth traveling to such a beautiful island and in Spain, not on the other side of the world.No problem with the care and service of the apartment.Really perfect holidays.

We were a group of friends and we stayed in one of the four bedrooms.The truth is that the apartment is very nice, clean, equipped and with a large terrace from which we could access the beach.The beach of Arenal den Castell is very beautiful and clean.
