A small loft-type studio but with everything needed to spend a few days of vacation. It has a kitchen, two desks, a spacious bathroom, a small terrace and air conditioning. The worst was the pool, the water was very dirty. Besides it has no lawn to leave the towel, so leaving it on the stone floor is very uncomfortable and burning! There are no umbrellas and the sun is very hot.

Small but complete.

Although the apartment itself is well equipped and quite spacious, the views leave quite a lot to be desired and lack a few details to be attached, such as a better equipped kitchen, hand washing machines, paper machine,... on the one hand, we were left with two individual shampoo and gel envelopes for two people and 4 days.

Very fair in everything.

The worst place I've ever stayed, starting with the location, that when you walk into the town of fear, there's no bakery, no decent bar to have a coffee, only game rooms, the fatal reception, they're never there.

The worst accommodation.

Used the apartments as a base for visiting hospital Arrixaca which is less than 5 minutes walk away. Reception very helpful and they do speak some English if you need it. Parking underground (for a fee) which  is worth while as my car had its window smashed when I parked on the street near the hospital!!
   Comfortable bed good  a.c. and decent bathroom. Kitchenette quite basic. Fridge, microwave and hotplate (no kettle). Wi-Fi intermittent. Clean.

Budget rooms near to hospital

I was there with my parents and probably will go again since my brother lives a few meters away. The apartment was not that big but it was ok to fit a queen bed and a twin one. There is a corner kitchen and a very small balcony. We didn't use the kitchen as stuff were quite dirty. They don't offer any kind of soap or shampoo in the room; if you ask for those, they give you the monoportions in those small plastic stuff. Beds are not very confortable. Airconditioning worked quite well. Wifi is not working at all in the rooms, the signal comes from the lobby downstairs so if you wanna connect to it you must be close to the lobby itself. There is a small swimmingpool but it's sometimes dirty. There was a very kind black guy that was helpful each time we needed his help. Well it's a cheap solution for people who have to visit relatives or friends at the hospital, or like us that have a member of the family living nearby.

Apartments that look good, nothing from another world except in your house, only that one detail is missing to my liking which is that it has no washing machine and of course that's a detail.

More sin 

Everything very dirty and abandoned, the lack of much maintenance, the loss of dirty dishes to change and the bed with blood stains, I will not go back to that if the price was right if the room was clean, parking is wrong.

Fatak Fatak Fatak is the name of the game.

I'll be back. Large, clean, quiet rooms with TV, kitchen floor, fridge and microwave, safe, big closet. Near the hospital, nearby there are many shops. Well connected. Ah! Basic!!! They also have air conditioning, a kind and patient receptionist. The structure has a swimming pool. My room had a small balcony and in the lobby you could see the whole mountainous landscape.

It's all right.

Good for the money, close to the beach, nearby restaurant. Quite a good place to spend a few days just relaxing and enjoying the sea. There are plenty of services around, including an excellent surf school.

Nice budget accomodation

First of all know your Spanish as I did not and since my short stay in this city, I have vowed to learn the lingo before I go back to as Spanish a speaking place as 
here! Don't get me wrong the locals were brilliant and helped me when they realised I was struggling!
So the hotel..
Cleanliness - absolutely spotless! Arrived to be greeted by a happy young girl cleaning the foyer doors inside and out in the hot lunchtime sun!
Location - perfect! It's right by the university hospital where i was visiting. Next to that there was an air conditioned air locked shopping centre. Theres a wine bar and pub inside with a shared terrace, would recommend them both! Nice place for evening drinks with a view and pleasant staff. The hotel shares a car park with hospital staff but still plenty of spaces. Between 7/8am the busy hospital traffic starts, so expect queues. There is a 24hr multi storey car park up the hill off the roundabout.
Rooms - spotless! The room was immaculate! The bathroom too, a few shampoo sachets and new soap for me to use. The kitchen had a microwave and fridge for chillin my drinks and freezing my mars and twix ready for journey to alicante airport the next day. Tv, no sky but who wants to stay in and watch that on holiday! My room was at the front of the hotel, if ya want a room with a view I'd say book top floor-ish at back of hotel to see over the city out to the mountains.
Service - very friendly receptionist. Was greeted by a local lady speaking to receptionist having a joke with her. Said about my booking in Spanish and she remembered the additional instructions I had entered on my booking form, sayin I need to check out before their official 9 am time. She said no problem and directed me to my room.
Value - paid 35euros for one night and was that impressed with cleanliness and staff i felt it be rude if I didn't leave a tip for the maid!
Overall - a cheap and cheerful hotel for single travellers or couples who aren't bothered about all the fancy stuff :-)

If ya jus want a bed for the night, then this is the place for u! :-)Better suited for singles or couples if ya partner isn't
