We had a reservation for the bridge on October 12 and two days earlier my reservation was unilaterally canceled without giving me any alternative.They washed their hands claiming that since I had not reserved with them directly I could not claim anything. Very little formal and nothing recommended.

Nothing serious about it.

I'm going to talk about the Author apartment. It's described as having a kitchen, but it's not. It's just a table with microwaves, a capsule-free coffee maker, a water boiler and a small refrigerator. There's no way to even frost a glass. The whole apartment is hard-covered, so you can only sit unlined in the bathroom and in front of the TV. Two radiators for that size of hardcover and in December aren't enough, but we turn on the air conditioning and the greenhouse and we're fine.

The apartment is only for sleeping.

Very centrally located, very clean and new apartments, we felt at home, we didn't miss anything, the cafeteria, the toaster, there was even a washing machine, we didn't use it.

Let's repeat it again.

We loved staying at this apartment. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor. We had a one bedroom one bath and kitchenette (washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop. It was very clean and comfortable. The hostess was excellent. This place is about 3 blocks from the Camino. This was a very secure building.

Great place to stay!!

We spent one night 2 marriages with children.The apartments as shown in the photos, we cleaned with a very nice decoration in the center, walking a few minutes from the center.We will definitely be back.

Fabulously beautiful.

The apartment is good, but if you want a proper bath, you can run away from here. The water gets cold. Besides, the person who receives the guests is rude. The wine they offer is terrible. There is no elevator. The apartment has three bedrooms with a normal double bed (they say it's king but it's not). The kitchen is well equipped, no dishwasher.

Ice bath

I booked this apartment in January 2019. They took €50 immediately. I wrote on 10 May asking how I access the apartment, pick up keys from somewhere? They emailed back saying I’d receive a code the day prior to check in (22 May). No code was received. On 23 May the day of check in I emailed them requesting the code and explaining I wouldn’t have internet access from 6.30am that day until arrival due to walking the Camino so asked them to text the code to me. No code was ever received. 

I also wrote to them on 20 May  confirming my stay and asking if my apartment had a washing machine. No response. 

When I arrived into town I came looking for the place in case a closed sign was on the door. I would have to find a new bed for the night or walk to another village if it was closed, they had taken my money and not told me they were shutting. I found the cleaner who, after proving I tried calling the Owner five times, let me in. She had my name on a list! 

There’s no washing machine even though they appear in all the advertising photos but at least I have a bed for the night. Thank goodness the cleaner was still here! 

They promised a kitchen too but there is only a microwave and not even a bowl or any cutlery so you can’t use the microwave. Also the supermarket doesn’t sell cutlery or crockery nor any microwave meals. 

The apartment has jars labelled as teas which would have been nice but they were empty. 

No clothes hangers so drying a few items that were hand washed was unsuccessful. The shower doesn’t have any screen or base to keep the water in so the whole tiny bathroom floods. 

If taller than 5” you can’t stay here as you’ll hit your head on the sloped ceilings (shower included). It really is the attic. 

Very poor communication from the accommodation operator. Still after checking out, nothing. Wouldn’t stay again due to the stress. In late May all Camino beds are booked which is why I booked so far in advance.

Nice little apartment with washing machines and cooking facilities, good location and ideal if you are walking the Camino and need to wash clothes, good value for money,  very near to restaurant and bars

Camino 

We were a group of 6 walking the Camino. Apartment was perfect for us. It had all we needed including a washing machine which was well used. There was no air-conditioner so was a bit warm but not too uncomfortable. Situated about 400 metres from the route and restaurants/bars. Perfect for a group to stay and good value for money.

When we arrived at the apartment reserved in Arrabal de Estrella we were told that it was not there, that we had to go to another place located at the other end of Nájera (displacement on our own). Having changed the direction of the suitcases that Jacotrans had transported were not, so we had to wait for them to deliver them to us (some pilgrims who have hired that service). The apartment has a double-bedroom and a sofa-bedroom in which we should sleep two people, so we decided that two of us should go to another establishment to our charge. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. The person who presents himself as a Jacotrans brente does not take the necessary measures to get the Jacotrans brente the next day, with our arrival at the Calgary area of Santo Domingo to wait for the services that were available, and that there was no need to resort to the services of the local authorities.
