The challenge to a review that returns bail provided it is a justified cause, This is what I put to this client that only returns bail when there is a justified cause is LIE!!!! we had to go next September 17 and what I had to cancel due to my father-in-law's hospital admission in critical condition and the total I paid 350€ have been returned to me 150€ arguing that it is a small business and that they could not do it, what they should at least do is NOT LIE!!!!!

No refunds are made to the bank or to the creditors.

Casa Rural with a lot of charm in a beautiful natural setting, el Valle del Jerte.The garden is wonderful and has a very nice small swimming pool.Regenta la casa Belén, a charming and very interesting lady.Very recommended any time of year.

House with a lot of charm and very comfortable.

We repeat...the house is beautiful, cozy, equipped and very clean. Very close to the river and waterfalls to visit.My dog has enjoyed it very much.To get home it is by road but we have not seen any problems.We will see Bethlehem again and thank you for everything.

La casa encantada is a beautiful house.

We have spent eight nights in a family with two children. The house is a MARAVILLA. Very cozy and quiet. Very well decorated; wood, stone, flowers... a whole experience for the senses!. Waking up with the song of the birds, a refreshing bath among the trees, the walks through the woods, the baths in the river... We are left with the desire to return in winter to be able to light the fireplace!

Experience for the senses!

A spectacular house, we loved everything, its interior, its patio, its swimming pool and also the surrounding environment, ideal for relaxing and feeling in nature, has routes near waterfall, the village is not far away and the access to the house is concrete so that any car can enter without any problems.

Fantastic Casa Rural

We were three couples over the weekend of May 19 to 21.The house is really beautiful, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.The garden is spectacular.You feel transferred to a charming forest, still a short distance from the village.I don't understand the comment about the difficulty of access.It takes zero driving experience to understand that it represents a problem.In short, highly recommended.We'll come back.

A fantastic weekend with friends.

The location is great, a quick walk into Navaconcejo and a handy restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Wonderful view from the sitting room window/ terrace of the top house and the birdsong is extraordinary. Lots of trails and waterfalls close by. 

The house is a work of art, very rustic in style, with unique pieces of furniture which have been carefully chosen and restored.  The beds are very comfortable and it is all spotlessly clean.  Each bedroom has its own beautifully tiled bathroom which is a bonus. 

We didn’t light the fire as it was warm but I can imagine it would be cosy in winter. There is also central heating so no worries about being cold on a winter stay. 

Nice to have a parking spot outside the garden so your car doesn’t getting the way of your view. 

If you are going out of summer season and you want to have use of the pool, you should check if it will be available. Good to be able to take your dog but  if yours is a jumper or cat chaser better to take the smaller house as the garden is more secure. 

Finally, Belen and Fernando are welcoming and friendly hosts. 



Lovely stay in a fabulous location. 

We entered the valley coming from Cáceres and Plasencia. It stopped raining and we discovered the green slopes painted white: the promised cherry trees were already blooming!Fastly near the property gate we found a unique house very well fitted into the ground and sheltered in the forest that gives it its name...it turned out to be a perfect refuge: generous areas, very well equipped, especially for the kitchen (salamandra/central heating 24h/day) and the room with a functional fireplace (length to description). Comfortable rooms on the 2nd floor. In the garden we enjoy a fine afternoon and friendly area with cats of the garden.

A unique refuge in the Jerte Valley

We went with reservations paid 300€ for the dates from 3 to 10 April. 1. By the lane you leave the clutch and if you don't have an SUV, also the lower ones. 2. You have to park in the lane outside, narrow and with no possibility of two cars passing through the lane at the same time at many points. We have to walk with the suitcases. 3. You arrive and no one receives you, the garden door is open and we can see that it was not as he assured us, pets can escape to the other house. 5. In the house we can't open the door because as we arrive, without leaving the clutch, selling the condition we have. This after receiving telephone guarantees about the garden and the valley.

Not always is all that is guaranteed.

The house is beautiful, carefully cared for, you will discover details according to the time of stay, it has everything, the cleanliness is impeccable. The owner is very kind, treats us very well. I was with my mother, brother and sister-in-law spending the weekend of September 19 to 21 and if it made us short the stay of the goods we were. We will repeat sure. 100% recommended. Congratulations to Bethlehem for taking care of the house in this way.
