Eurosur.  Not what we paid for

We booked apartment and paid in two installments.  Once they had our money, they told us that the pool might not be ready when we arrive because of problems with the community of owners.

I checked with them in the week before travelling and they only then confirmed it won't be open at all when we are there.

There was no suitable alternative they could offer so I asked for a refund.  Now they just ignore me.  All we want is to get our money back and book something else.

I wouldn't be able to trust them now.  Would you?

No pool and no refund.

Apartment with a nice terrace and great views of the Mediterranean Sea in a very well maintained garden with a large pool. Unfortunately, the bad smell in the bathroom is the soft smell, partly with mold formation in the corners. We also felt negative that we had to pay extra for the beds and umbrellas in the garden (8€ for 2 beds + umbrellas). Unfortunately, this was not mentioned in the description of Casamundo. The property is located 2 km from the beach and 3 km from the old town.

Recreational leave

From the apartments you can see an incredible view of the whole bay. A great temperature to enjoy the huge terrace. Very quiet. As far as sales of the house, everything is smell and color in the alleys around. I'm glad I chose this place! Nerja always has a lot of atmosphere and the tranquility needed to spend a few great days.

We were at a family member's wedding, I liked the place very much, the food seemed right to me, the cocktail was nice and varied, the menu was fairly common as a wedding menu, but it was also the choice of the bridesmaids... Without a doubt the best was the waiters, super attentive, kind and attentive, and as a negative point the lack of accessibility, the lack of elevators and ramps made it difficult to move around in the baby carriage.

It was our fist visit to San Juan de Capistrano and booked an apartment initially through an online company but then once in touch with owner were offered the apartment direct with them.  We struck gold as it was fabulous. Extremely well equipped and with stunning view from terrace. There is a local blue bus that goes up and down the various capistrano villages hourly for one Euro. Which we used to assist our supermarket shop. San Juan is on a steep hill  but you are rewarded with stunning views. There are numerous styles and sizes of rental apartments on The San Juan development and varying degrees of quality. With luck and some research you may be lucky and find a gem like we did. We hope to come back next year. Weather was great in March and Nerja is a lovely town.

When we were given a room there we did not expect it to be like this, it surprised us for good. New apartments very well taken care of and with a very comfortable bed and sofa. It has an elevator and has all the comforts to expect. Highly recommended.

Perfectos are perfect.

No service, dirty accommodation, cheapest, partially defective equipment. When we first entered the apartment, we were met by a very soft smell, and when we searched for the light switch, we fell over a whisk mop. The day blanket on the bed was full of hair, under the bed very thick linen, the toaster was only partially needed, the coffee machine could burn your fingers, etc. It would be useless to list all the details... actually pity... the pictures of Torres... promised something else!

dissatisfied

We went here for a friends wedding and had a great time. The property is well maintained including the public toilets. There are a number of on site restaurants that are of average to good quality and they are all reasonably priced. There are some areas that could be put to better use attraction wise but i would definitely return. We stayed in TSJ17 which was an excellent apartment with a great view of Nerja.

It has been a great experience and everything new leaving the basement of the building. hence it has been a highly recommended site. that is if in winter aquello is a cemetery. perfect in the mountains and quiet urbanisation. for nothing central.

Great complex with individually owned apartments/houses/villas.
Booked through nerjavillas.Com who have a rental office on complex, very helpful and no problems with booking.
We stayed in an apartment called casa rusia, not the best of apartments could do with a bit of a makeover but we're not that fussy so did us fine, having no air con was a nightmare tho as was very hot, no real temperature drop at night...so get air con!!!
Pool had 2 lifeguards who kept good control of pool area and weren't to strict, kids could still dive in.. 3 euros a sunbed so best to go up when pool opens and get them (they go very quickly). 
Beautiful views from pool, great couple of restaurants at pool as well. Staff at rockys could do with smiling tho..
There are a couple of different capistrano's and this one is the highest position, not really walking distance from town would be ok on way down but a struggle back up.
We hired a car from firefly, easy drive from malaga it was well needed as it was to hot to be walking any great distance, bus took you from complex to town every hour as well. Taxi bout 7 euros. Nerja is beautiful with lovely coves along the coast, black sand/shingle beaches tho but still beautiful.(get down early).
Plenty of shops/bars/restaurants all quite reasonable..
