I loved staying at Hostal Nerjasol! The rooms were so clean and cleared every day along with sheet changes every 3 days. The place was spotless and the army of cleaning staff took pride in their work.  The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lift to each floor and the terrace is outstanding. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would return again.  Thank you, so much x

Outstanding stay

Satisfied with service and accommodation. Good for the price. It has no big luxuries but it's all right. The most important things are cleanliness. To highlight the cleanliness. Our room faced the street and had a small balcony with which we could leave the beach towels there. Maybe the interior rooms are somewhat dark but our comfort. The basic furniture in the room is nice but nice. In my case, choose a double bed preference and when we arrive it was two beds but it is true that in the reservation, through booking.com, we commented that according to availability, we could not change it and they offered to change it for the second night, finally we are left with two beds, without any problem.

 Good quality price ratio

We stayed at this hotel when our original accommodation was double booked. We found the staff very attentive and polite. The hotel and room was spotless, daily maid service and clean towels. For the price of €245 euros for 4 nights what’s to complain about. The location was marvellous right in the centre of town with loads of lovely bars and restaurants to try. We will definitely be returning.

Convenient little Hostal

The perfect hostel. The room was very nice, super clean. I had everything, hair dryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, and daily towel change....etc. The staff was very kind and friendly. To put a stick, that all the rooms had a balcony and no windows, I had a claustrophobia feeling.

I'm disappointed with the hostel, it doesn't have bags so you can drink water, it doesn't have a hair dryer, it doesn't have a lift mirror, the towels hang in the hooks of those that stick to adhesives, it doesn't have drawers so you can store your stuff, the beds are super narrow, the bathroom if I'm upset and someone else comes in and hits you in the back of the bad stuff that's on the door, it could easily have been put on a treadmill, the good stuff for people weighing seventy pounds maximum, you're hanging up and giving with the good stuff for the good stuff.

50th anniversary of the founding.

The hostel was recently renovated and the decoration I liked very much. But some details are missing, for example a table, chair and night tables are very small. I made the reservation by phone a few days before and as soon as I arrived I was told that there was no reservation to my number. These are things that can happen but it depends on how it is resolved. After an hour and several calls between the receptionist and the hostel owner offered me a double room at 59 euros per night instead of a single room that had been reserved for 39 euros.

Hostel recently renovated but with some flaws.

I was booking for Booking 1 double hab and 1 simple hab for 3 nights, when suddenly the simple one disappeared, I called the Hostal and a very kind gentleman at the time took note of what I needed, told me that they were busy but that he would call me that afternoon to see what was available.

Lord, I want you to be informal and unprofessional!!!

The hostel is quite well situated, in the painted street, but the main problem is parking, something impossible. although the staff is friendly it is quite forgetful with the room service and does not leave towels or gel... Otherwise, the room is fine for its price.

Very good location.

The hostel has been renovated but there are still some aspects to improve. when we arrived the elevator was not working and when we left it was still the same. the room was bad and the bathroom was even worse. it's okay for a couple of days, no more. the positive is its good location.

We booked this as a last minute get away, it was in a very convenient place on one of the quaint side streets in Nerja centre. It was spotless, the roof terrace is amazing and has a great view of the sea.  The cleaners were very good and friendly but I would recommend a room overlooking the street as these were better.
