Limpeza 10, pensión moi ben situada/centrica (me near the supermarket, cafes, beach...), fast internet and exceptional treatment by the owner.

We were with a few friends this August and the truth was a little disappointing and not because of the facilities, but after all we are talking about a pension, if not because of the lack of respect for customers, the expendable sheets were transparent, the mattress with backgrounds attached with imperdibles and super dirty, and the hand towels and shower carpets were super expendable.

 impeccable service. Quiet location and very close to the beach, five minutes drive away. Clean and with an unbeatable price ratio. Totally recommended. Ten minutes away there are numerous restaurants and shops including a Mercadona.

A boarding house that's very close to the center, well-maintained, inexpensive, clean. a stop on the way to sleep.correcta that adds to a good price, we did well for the budget. in high season, friendly, that's if bathroom apart.

We stayed in a scandalously tiny individual room that costs 40 euros/night, a very high price for a cut-rate pension whose staff is friendly (the girls in the cafeteria were majas and the owner in principle too, although I didn't know how to solve what I'm going to tell you next).We were one of the two days contracted without hot water (we and the rest of the guests) due to an accident and didn't have the discretion to lower us a penny for a service they didn't offer and that will, of course, be included in the total.

We booked a room the day before the trip and were very happy to find accommodation in the last week of July. We were told that the only double bed they had available was in a small room and they offered us if we wanted to move to a larger room with two girls' beds. We got a discount on the double room, so we accepted because it was only one night. The boarding house is about 1 km from the main street of Nigrán, it's a walking distance. The room was small, as we were advised, but it was comfortable and clean. There is a double bed in the basement of the boarding house and after trying a couple of town bars (and being unconvinced by the tapas and the service) we decided to go back.

We reserved a room the day before our trip and were very pleased to get accomodation on the last weekend in July. We were advised that the only double bed they had left was in a tiny room and did we want to change to a larger twin room.  They offered a discount on the the double room so we accepted as it was only for one night.
The pension is about 1km from the main road running through Nigrán,  it is an easy walking distance. The room was small as we had been warned,  but it was comfortable and clean. There is a taparería on the ground floor of the pension and after trying a couple of bars in the town (and being unimpressed with both the tapas and the service) we decided to head back.  We are so glad we did.  We ordered a ración of calamares and zorza and can honestly say that they were the best calamares we have ever eaten after living in Spain for 10 years.  The food was ample and very cheap and the waitress was attentive and smiley.
We would stay there again.  The situation was ideal for us,  we just wanted to have a day at the beach without having a long drive back the same day.
