It's a hostel with good location if you want to go to the Monastery of Piedra, the comfortable room overlooking the lake, the breakfast is fine, free parking, also dinner was good, the friendly staff pointed us to a couple of nice places to visit nearby.

Las Rumbas is the place to be.

It's a simple hostel, but it surpasses the service of many hotels, run by a charming, hardworking family, including a buffet breakfast, and free parking. We thought of eating and dining out, but nevertheless we did it in our own hostel, because the food is homemade, the huge rations and the price are very good, although we showed up at 11 p.m. for dinner and we didn't get any sticks. Ideal for staying in a luxurious but overlooking a lake place, two km from the stone monastery and full of charm.

Incredible quality/price, the best location to go to the Stone Monastery.

The room is very small, and the bathroom is small and quite uncomfortable as the cup is 10 cm from the wall. The breakfast is fine, varied, but the cleaning...look at the cafeteria. The wire perches, each of which is made of wheat, so to speak. The soap basket is unwrapped according to the towels.

Too expensive for what it is.

We stayed with a family to see the Stone Monastery. It is clear that there is no great choice of affordable accommodation in that area, and this hostel is quite affordable. It is quite good with incredible views (we have touched the room overlooking the lake), the normal quality of sleep. The problem is, as many people have commented, a lot of noise from the tubes. The normal breakfast. No, we have fallen in love, but I think we would come back if we went back through that area for quality.

Normal Normal

Overpriced for what you get and you don’t get much at all. Rooms are tiny, advertised as 20 sq mt but would be lucky to be 15 and the view is very ordinary, not worth it. Breakfast is poor, cutlery and plates etc were dirty and there were flies everywhere with food uncovered. Toaster was disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and there were old bread crumbs everywhere, even on my seat! The building the rooms are in didn’t have a a light in the corridor and then had all water cut off in the morning but the owners didn’t bother to advise us, tried to convince us the entire town was cut off yet the hotel across the road didn’t have any water issues at all. The lady was very rude about it so we checked out early. Don’t bother staying in Nuévalos if you’re visiting Monasterio de Piedra as you can visit for the day and stay somewhere else that is nicer. 

Dirty and overpriced 

We can't comment on the accommodation, as we only eat in the restaurant. The menu of the day is tasty, traditional and good quality food. The price is reasonable considering that it is a tourist area. A nice place with a good terrace to enjoy when the weather permits (as when we were ourselves)

Good experience

Personal nothing nice, at night concert of cisterns el desayuno todo bolleria industrial horrible Zumo orange de ladrillo No hold a drink of oatmeal for breakfast I had to buy it myself, the wifi no way to connect it, en fin no volver, total hemos ido de paso.

It is better not to stop in Nuevalos in general for the restaurants and hostels in Nuevalos,....

The bathroom products are limited to a surplus of ice cream and a surplus of shampoo, which in our case contained less than the ones we were on. The bathroom tanks must have the pressure necessary to get a rocket to Mars because when the first floor of the hotel is full of noise. The room and bathroom were clean but the bowl that gave a lake was of pork, chairs and table, with no use. The breakfast is included but it's all industrial in personal containers, the tea of the Mercado, where the tea of the Monastery is located.

No repeating.

They were very kind when they booked us a family room over the phone. The little ones loved it when they were bedridden and the view of the swamp was very nice, especially at sunset. Normal and clean living room. Yes, the noise of the cisterns is not normal, but well, as early morning for the visit to the Monastery did not matter to us either. Breakfast came in and is more or less well organized in shifts so as not to coincide with everyone... Dinner was very good. With a tomato ration, spectacular, and a salad we ate both.

Proper rooms are suitable for dining.

The room overlooking the reservoir of the Tranquera is very beautiful, and the area to visit is great!!, it has spectacular places. As for the rooms, they are quite good, perhaps the bathroom is a little bit smaller and has issues to improve, a shower curtain, and space to leave toiletries. One thing to highlight, at first the smell of pipes, we conceal it with an air conditioner, and something to review, the noise made by the cisterns in the bathrooms?
