The beautiful façade can't forget the noise due to the heavy traffic. Same inside, no sound insulation...minimalist room, very hard to open closet, faucet that rings ball...that's really a shame because there's a nice family past and potential

Charm in disuse

We had booked two rooms for one night (100,-€ per note). The rooms in this tract, right under the roof, see photo, were not cooled despite the summer heat. Consequently, they were very hot. The mattresses lay on clappered beds and squeezed audibly at every movement. We pulled the mattresses to the floor. We heard a snorer next door 1:1. If in this tract someone used the sink or turned the faucet, this was also clearly heard. There was no noise protection on the walls or the technical cables of the room. To offer such a room is simply too expensive. Even the price of the room would have been too high.

It's not fair.

Chaotic, aggressive or even insulting without any reason, we could see that the receptionist was drunk. In the evening the children went out to get a treat from the machine in front and they locked them out not wanting to let them in.

It's horrible to run away!

A room with a scarded bathroom door that flowed and worked like a slide without closing, a single cylinder of a very hard, very high pillow, wireless access to the room, zero cordiality and interest in requests for information for dinner, considering that their restaurant was closed.

Lost with no buccal charm.

A hotel over 50 years old that maintains a classic touch.The room is spacious, clean and the breakfast is more than acceptable.Thanks for the parking and the living room 10-15 minutes from both Donostia and Hondarribia.

Cozy, rodeado by nature.

For the few services it offered, the price seemed excessive. The bathroom had black mushrooms next to the mirror and in the shower we found the shampoo and gel envelopes of previous customers. The hair dryer had a piece of dry soap compressed. The receptionist was kind and always the same regardless of the hour. Very worn and fine coats. I couldn't sleep well. The walls are not insulated, so you can hear all the conversation from the rooms on both sides perfectly. The room light is activated with a card. If you arrive after 8 pm it's not clear and there is no light in the hallway, so we had to use a flashlight to turn on the lights. There is no elevator.

Lack of hygiene and very expensive.

After making a reservation at 11:30 in the morning I go to the Hotel (to call it something since a highway motel has more quality than this) I ask to see the room and when I see the percal of the room with ridiculous and dirty beds I tell them that I cancel the reservation and the very children of the great pu... don't accept the cancellation by charging them a fine of 110€, the worst bunch of people I've ever met and above with a cheesy and defiant attitude FOR FAVO, NO WAY HERE, if you don't want a bad experience.

The worst place I've ever been.

Contrary to all the reviews we've read, it seemed like the right place to be.The room cleanliness was right, the treatment was neither good nor bad, normal, and the breakfast buffet to be a one-star hotel was pretty good.But it's clear that they make the most of the law of supply and demand...paying 90€ for a room with breakfast in a basic hotel makes the experience ultimately bad.

A poor quality-price ratio

Clean only for where the queen passes, the hair of other guests on the bathroom walls, floors... long-standing dust in the window frames... to spend a night, acceptable. But no more. And the masks??? The staff (the lady of the house, a waiter, the ladies cleaning...) don't wear them, obviously the guests who don't want to wear them, either. It's amazing that at this point they don't wear the masks, and I'm not saying badly, they don't even wear them!! Shameful. I didn't read the comments before hiring accommodation.

Scarcely cleaned and masked? That's what???

It's a classic hunting restaurant with a menu that allows you to try several dishes, but one thing you can say is that they open up a single room where you mix the menu of the day and the rest with the resulting loss of tranquility.
