We were 9 people is one of the cottages, it is very close to the beach if it is not by car forget it because the road is not easy, a lot of noise from the adjacent cottages, old appliances, batidora rota, toaster rotor, command of the indoor air conditioning, the bottom with a smell of moisture that still smells the clothes. The keys are given to them at 4:00 pm before anything and above that time two people come because the bathroom door does not open 😳, you give them a real estate (the keys), so if you have the idea of the cottages before 9:00 in the morning you also forget about them until that hour they do not open, the key is that the sea is always wonderful, I recommend these chalets only positive.

Our cool air-conditioned kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, terrace with upholstery, basement playroom, garden, shade areas for parking. The community pool is very good with area for kids and adults. It is located away from the center so you have to get out by car or take a walk about 10 minutes away. It has a market about 300 meters away. A super quiet area where you can let the kids run and relax.

 Good urbanization

It's the best development in Peñiscola but you have to know which of the owners rents the property. some are very well set and others only with the basics. in any case, the development is the best. It's very well maintained, has an outdoor pool for adults, another for children and a deck. the paddle track. your parking lot and more places if you have a couple of cars. It's not a first line, as many people ask, otherwise it's a walking distance (800m) that makes you stay in a quiet area and at the same time, very close to the center. the apartments are great, they're spacious and our rooms are very well distributed. the hotel had bedrooms, a bathroom and a full kitchen with a lounge above, and a beautiful terrace with a view of Peñiscola.
