A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-in before 15:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 20, subject to availability. Late check-out after 11:00 is available upon request, subject to availability and carries a surcharge of EUR 20.
