Today I made a comment and I was wrong to put the number of the person who served us, I put Susana I think it's not correct, because I didn't ask her her number and now I don't remember how they called her.

Fonda Can Daldo

My wife and I, with our son, spent one night in Can Daldó, on a half-pension scheme.Magnificent place, with great deal of treatment from the owner, excellent food and very comfortable and clean rooms.Of course we will recommend it and we will repeat it.

This establishment is an excellent stopover, especially for hikers. We spent a night walking along the GR11 and we congratulate ourselves. A very good quality/price ratio for half board, with a friendly reception by the owner himself who gave us time and information about Plans, shops... Very suitable rooms on all levels (cleaning, bedding, bathroom, exhibition, quiet). Excellent personalized dinner, and a super breakfast accompanied by local Catalan charcuterie (tidos). The memorable detail that tells a lot about the quality of the reception, and which was so appreciated by the exporters that we are: the morning rolling paper offered to the shop to pack and pack the charcoal!

Excellent stop

We were treking the GR11 and stopped at Planoles for the night.  Tony the owner got us a great room with supper and breakfast included.  He even made us a pinic for the next day.  Super service and great hotel.  He even helped book our next stay down the trail.  Room was great.  If you go to Planoles stay at Fonda Cal  Daldo.

SUPER PLACE

A simple, welcoming, warm and comfortable establishment with a half boarding option at a very reasonable price, especially off-season. The table is excellent, generous and varied. The rooms are simple but super neat and super clean with mountain views. The village is lively, wonderfully located in the heart of the Rigard valley in the heart of Ripollès and accessible by train, La Fonda is 10 minutes' walk from the train station and next to the bakery, grocery store and church.

It's perfect.

Nice hotel, with polite and comfortable rooms and a great dinner, we specially reccomend 'Olot Potatoes' and Roast pork ribs with honey.
Montse and her husband runs the hotel, ad they are very attentive with the gest.
We rate it top 5 because quality/price relation is excelent. We staid 1 day 2 adults and 3 juniors at half pension for 237€.

 Comfortable Rooms and excellent Dinner

The planoles village is located in the heights of the Freser Rivers, we were able to take advantage of the surroundings to do small hikes. We stayed in a room on the first floor with a terrace with a superb view. Our guests were very available. The breakfast was divine, we recommend lunch and dinner at the fonda cal, for Catalonia it was a real tasty discovery. Taste the cuisine of our guests was a treat. We will return to it on our next trip to Catalonia.

It's a beautiful place.

We were in the area about 15 days ago.We went hiking and searched for seeds.When we got there, we passed by the Fonda and decided to stop to eat.Surprisingly nice! Very attentive and the menu varied and delicious.Then we saw that they also have rooms....we will take it into account for when we return.

We stayed one night while we were doing the GR11 this year.Toni (the host) showed sympathy and kindness to the raudales.It's a simple but very clean place and the food is excellent.It's highly recommended.We'll repeat.

An ideal place for relaxation and a must-visit for those who love nature and the mountains, with simple and very cozy rooms, and a family atmosphere full of kindness and attention.After a week of excursions around the area, it seems to me an absolutely recommended place.And of course, I will repeat the experience.
