Really bad service! We always come with early flight and never the room is ready. We had to wait for hours in the lobby with a grumpy reception. The pool is nice and the rooms simple but really clean. It’s not ok to let the clients so long. A real pity

Wait wait wait for a clean appartement

I stayed with them from 12 to 15 February, a hotel that is very central to the movement and everything, 5 minutes from Playa del Ingles, courtesy cleaning and education, I recommend this apartment complex both for its very central location and for all the comforts they have!

BEWARE avoid this hotel at all costs on arrival they gave me a card key to a room that was already occupied ( no apologies) and the door wont lock from the inside unreal then when l left a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door and told reception this morning that l didnt want anyone cleaning my room so they ignored the sign and now things are missing from my room €50 in cash from my draw luckily l took photos of how l left everything this morning so have photographic proof but reception aren't bothered so having to push the sofa in front of the door before l sleep and then the pool guard was fast asleep in his hut ....they just said cleaner been here 14 years l must be making it up! Not a problem she went in my room!!!! WTF and lifeguard nothing to do with them photo of him fast asleep 😴 lm wonderinv if l have entered the twilight zone PLEASE BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE not nice feeling someone can come in your room anytime

WORST SELF CATERING EVER

This was my first stay in Teneguia.   
My review does not concern the apartment I stayed in, but rather the building and facilities.  
I’m not sure how many of the apartments are residential, but on first sight the reception is in the basement down a flight of stairs.  There is a lift which I found after a couple of days by going into the building alongside an adjacent restaurant.  It’s not very welcoming.  Sparse furniture.  Reception staff were friendly enough.  
My bugbear was the sunbed run at 930 each morning.  Elderly clientele who obviously had their own spot!!! Most days towels were out and the beds not used for hours, if at all. Management really need to review this. It’s unacceptable behaviour nowadays. 
The pool area is large. Some of the tiling needs attended to. There are lots of sun beds which makes the whole “run” unnecessary, but folk obviously wanted the adjustable chairs!! There is also a small children’s pool, but good luck finding a bed round that!!!
No pool bar. 
The whole building appeared a bit shabby to me in truth.  Needs some work done to brighten it up and bring it up to standard. 
There is a massage parlour in the reception area, and on first view I thought I was entering something seedy!!! 
I wouldn’t rush back to Teneguia.  I’ve been generous with my score as my apartment was actually nice, but there are much nicer apartment buildings to stay in

In need of a bit of TLC

Me and my wife stayed in apartment nr. 503 and we liked it.  Simple but good apartment, clean, good beds, good shower, big fridge, balcony with nice view.  Good location, close to Yumbo shopping mall.  10 min walk to the beach. Friendly staff

Teneguia good for your budget

This hotel is very soundproof. The noise of the street wakes you up very often. The bathroom is not convenient and I have had trouble getting hot water. The pool is not really heated. Access to the hotel at night is difficult. The guards closed the doors and it takes time to react. This is the first time a hotel has taken my vacations apart from the space is generous and the friendly staff

Worst hotel in my life

Everything is said in the title... the main asset of this residence is its location we can add the friendly receptionist's pro welcome otherwise the apartments are obsolete and the rooms, facing the street, are very noisy

Well located

sstayed here for week in november in private apartment little gem. nice spacious appartment with verendah kitchen and walk in shower and close to all amenties including yumbo met owner as well - lovely lady

These apartments are located perfectly for the centre of PDI, a 2 min walk from Yumbo and a few mins from the beach.  We found it to be very quiet, mostly older people.  The rooms are pretty basic as is with most Spanish places but cleaned every day except Thursday and the water pressure good in the bathroom.  Others had complained at road noise but we kept the bedroom window shut at night, I would imagine in very warm weather it could be an issue.  A large fan was provided in the bedroom which made sleeping easier.  

The staff could not have been more friendly, I really couldn't have asked for better.  I'll be coming back to these apartments, 10/10 from me.

Friendly staff, spacious accommodation

I stayed with my family in August in one of these apartments and we were satisfied. Good price ratio. The apartments are dated but extremely neat and clean. Gentle and available staff and an excellent location both for the beach and to reach the center and their park. Also from here you can hear the noise of the sea which is an enviable nanna ninna
