Our stay in the terrace room was TOP! The sea view is absolutely fantastic and that was the reason we decided to do this. But our expectations were exceeded. The house is very well maintained and simple, but decorated with many small details in Scandinavian style. It is super clean, has friendly staff, is very quiet (apart from the sea noise) and the very central location is absolutely unbeatable. We are very happy to come back!

Stayed here 11 years ago, and is still just as good now.  Great location, only few minutes walk to the shopping centre, were all the shops, bars and resturants are. Very large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers.  Pool is lovely,and no matter what time you go up, you can always get a sunlounger.  Would recommend taking a tin opener and a sharp knife.  Other than that, it's great.

Had an 8-day stay at Terrazamar with my family this June. Had an absolutely lovely stay! Terrazamar is owned by Tui and you will find a lot of Dutch people here. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a two bedroom one and had plenty of space, including two bathrooms! The balconies offer a nice view of the sea as well. A small descend down a 78 steps stairs brings you to the main beach of Playa del Ingles. Really had time here to relax and would definitely recommend everyone staying at Terrazamar! 

Absolutely loved it! 

I love the concept and the region which I have literally fallen in love with for a long time! For travelers who love independence.. we are dependent on no schedule, we feel at home ac the advantage of certain services. Regarding the surroundings.. the beautiful beaches and the endless and many rides are an asset for me I will come back! :)

We stayed there for two weeks in May 2016. The apartments are very spacious, for cleanliness, there is nothing to blame, the staff was very attentive and friendly.

While Playa del Ingles has many large hotels, Terrazamar is a rather small two story hotel at the edge of town, overlooking the promenade and the beach. The hotel is standing at the end of a dead-end street and therfore very quiet and peacefull. Personel is most helpfull and friendly, the appartments are roomy and clean. Temperatures in January/February around 20 C. Bookings can only be made through the TuI travel organisation.

A few weeks away from the cold

Amazing apartments! Massive balconies, great facilities! So well situated. The pool is fantastic, staff are lovely so are the cleaning ladies! Overall an amazing stay! Would highly reccomend. Only 10 minute walk from the beach.

We stayed two weeks in this residence apartment We were very well received by the staff and they knew how to be available and smiling at all times The apartments are nice but can be improved - few kitchen utensils as well as pan (three pots and one big pan) no spoon to mix the dishes, and no bowl for breakfast!:( - the bed is not comfortable! The pillows are not the best either, we had to ask for two extra baths to sleep well. The mattress is very hard - the bathroom is good but be careful of the shower, the water can really flood the bathroom if the water pressure is too high. The bathroom is very easy to use so that the bathroom is very cold. - I think the air is not comfortable. - But the bathroom is not the best, we should ask for two extra baths to sleep well. That's nice, but...

Apartment of the Time to Smile channel, they succeeded in their slogan. Beautiful apartment complex overlooking the beach, the view in the morning is very beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Respect among tenants. No crazy world at the pool. All right! The only negative points are that the utensils are limited and the bedding a little hard. The supermarkets are legions but almost all offer the same thing and are quite limited in diversity but this is not due to the chairs of apartments Terrazamar! The idea of coming back from here didn't appeal to me. It's also another slightly more unbridled approach to spend vacations and seek less.
