Disappointing. on seeing the photos, it seems something else. on arriving you see that it is very simple, uncomfortable beds, simple bathroom. nothing to do with the photos with which it advertises. another thing is that on the booking pages there is no option to book with breakfast included. it is very isolated.

It's disappointing.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation. A comfortable bed and good soundproofing. Agile and efficient reception staff. The area is not too central but it is quiet and easy to park very close and free of charge.

Good location, 5 minutes from the El Rosal CC and the bus station. Large room, good temperature, good atmosphere in general. To highlight the professionalism of the breakfast buffet girl, I refer to previous comments from another customer. Something I didn't like and would have to change would be the opening of the garage door, always depending on the person at the reception to open it with the control.

A good environment is needed.

A disappointing 4-star hotel with facilities and boarding service. a modern hotel with a rating that doesn't match the service provided, inexperienced staff and inadequate for a 4-star category. arriving at the hotel with a temperature of 30 degrees and welcoming the manager, commenting on the heat that it makes and that they have had to turn on the hotel's air conditioner for this reason, access to the room with full sun in the room, unbearable heat, asking in reception how the A/A is turned on, after 1 hour or more and without saying A/A, asking for a new hot air conditioner, and they tell me that they send a private A/A receptionist to the receptionist, and they tell me that the A/A is not working, but the next time I get to the hotel, I tell them that the A/A receptionist is not working, and the next time I get to the hotel, I apologize for a complaint about the weather conditioning, and I ask for the air conditioner to be changed, and the next time I get to the hotel, I tell the director that the room is not working, and I tell

An intolerable stay.

We chose this hotel as the base for a 3-day tour of the Bierzo and it was a total success. Fueron was super friendly by offering us a room with a huge king size bed to share with our little boy. Location in a new and quiet area (great that it is next to the Ponferrada skyscrapers because it is seen from any location and with whom you share the parking with direct access) but with shopping areas close to any unforeseen and two minutes from the center by car. It offers security with compliance with the Covid-19 standards. Good cleanliness, spacious rooms and no noise for nights. Special mention to the girl who waited for us during the breakfast for her kindness and sympathy.

Hotel well located, cleanliness in line with Covid 19, very attentive and professional staff, spacious rooms, good mattress and pillows, very quiet stay, in my next visit to Ponferrada come back.

Very clean and carefully detailed.

It's in a new area of the city, quite quiet, which is not obvious to think of as a bustle or nothing at all. There is a shopping mall and many bars with their corresponding and generous pinchos. As for the hotel, it has a slightly cool reception, which contrasts with the warmth of its employees. The rooms are large and well equipped.

In a new area of the town.

It's a large, new and well-equipped hotel, but we want to give a very special mention to the breakfast room waitress, since it's hard to find someone today with such professionalism, discretion, and maximum attention to detail, but to our surprise it's not an extinct species, congratulations on a wonderful job!!!

We loved this hotel, located in a very quiet, very modern and spacious area, cozy rooms and with great cleanliness and very good bathrooms.

Hotel in a very quiet area, easy to park, plus free private parking. Excellent cleanliness and comfort, Treatment of all the expected and service staff. Very good experience. By exposing a small defect, the bathroom door is translucent and if used at midnight the light illuminates the room.
