I would recommend this place highly. The manager was excellent with is helpful ideas. He was just as knowledgeable as the Tourist Bureau. He gave me many ideas about what to do and where to eat. he speaks English very well and helped me with my Spanish and Catalan. The room and shower were great. I am returning next Christmas and will surely stay there again.

4 days in the mountains

We made a last minute booking for this hotel (actually called a 'pensione' in the tomtom) and never regretted. Conrad welcomed us and was very helpful during our stay. The hotel has character, good beds and bathroom and coffee/tea and cakes to your disposal all day. You can walk to all interesting sites of Puigcerda from there and have all the cafes, restaurants and bars directly around the corner!

Great value hotel in the old centre of Puigcerda

This small hotel is run by a very nice and attentive woman, who will give you maps and advice on where to go and how to get there. The rooms are small with private bathrooms, clean and with all you need...including wifi! The hotel is located in the centre, close to many stores, restaurants, plazas, and a few steps from it you can have a great view of the mountains. They do not offer breakfast but you can use their kitchen to prepare your food, and there is also a restaurant that opens early next to the hotel. 

Great value for money.

Small hotel in great location.

We stayed 2 nights and loved the hotel and its central location in the city. Muncy, the proprietress, was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. The rate was excellent.  I could have stayed longer if only our schedule permitted.

Very Friendly and Great Location!

This place really needs a revamp. Rooms are extremely outdated and beds are awful. This is definitely a budget hostel and not a hotel. It's only saving grace is the charming hostess who will talk your ear off.
