Modern two bedroom apartment in Roses. Really well equipped, full kitchen, two bathrooms, own laundry....only weirdly, no drier and nowhere to hang the washing. Lovely south facing balcony with unobstructed views overlooking the Med( 50m from the beach).  Underground parking, close to all amenities. 
Great communication from the office of Hotel 1935, who handled the reservation. They have a young lady at their reception called Celia, whom I can only describe as outstanding!! Thank you Celia! She gave us such a warm welcome (cold bubbly water on arrival), perfect English and was amazingly helpful throughout our entire stay. Any business should be thrilled to have her as an employee!

Great apartment in Roses

We stayed here with our 25' motorhome on a basic pitch with 6 A electric and very large flat pitch in May 2015 26 euros a night. Tremendous modern facilities. Very close to a huge beach. Bars and restaurants on site and close by. 20 minute walk to town centre. Very busy and popular site in a busy and popular resort. Gets full quickly at holiday times. Staf speak all languages and are very helpful.

Wonderful Camping Salata

Very well organized camping. 
Spacious pitches. 
For a tent pitches have not a lot of shadow. 
High prices in my opinion, as the name "salata" means in italian :)
Inside you can find supermarket. 
Beach closed to. 
To try with roulotte or caravan. 

Not very useful for tents

The apartments are owned by camping Salata at roses. When checking in, you need to go to the reception of the Camping site, there you'll get keys for the apartment and a person which will lead you to one of the apartments. The apartments are two minutes drive or ten minutes walk from the camping site. At the first line of the beach.
The apartment has an amazing sea view, exactly as presented in the Web site. Nice swimming pool, open till the evening. There is direct access from the building to the promenade.
The  apartment is clean, nicely decorated, with kitchen and laundry machine.
The camping site sold us tickets to Aqua Brava, with a discount of 10 Euros to each ticket.
One minus is that the wifi didn't work at all during all our stay there, we complained about it few times but no one came to fix it.
We fill that we got a good value for the money, we are sorry we didn't stayed there for more nights.
If you are looking for an apartment in this region, Salata apartment is a very good choice.

Very good and comfortable apartment

We stayed 4 nights at Studio Salata 2/3 in September 2009. It was our starting point for some one-day car trips in Catalunya. The Studios Salata are located at the border of the camping ground (you have to get the key on the entrance to the camping), on first floor of the building with small shop and restaurant. The studio is well equiped and cleverly designed. When coming in you have a kitchen on the right and bathroom on the left, then you enter the living room, with a double bed, table with chairs and a couch. And you also have a balcony where we used to eat breakfast in the sun. The parking place is also provided. You can also use camping ground facilities if you need.
The the biggest drawback of that place is location - your balcony is facing only some other buildings, the studio is quite far from the centre of Roses if you go by foot and there are not many nice places for dining in the close neighbourhood. 
But all in all, it is a very comfortable accomodation for couples who don't need an apartment with a seaview and don't care about the distances to the city action.
