The apartments are very well situated, in a very quiet area, a few minutes' walk from the bays. It is an ideal area for resting for its tranquility and also the parking is very easy. The location is unbeatable. As for the apartments, they are cozy and comfortable, you have everything you need in them and the pool is very nice and the bar is very pleasant (I recommend breakfast).

It is excellent.

Pros: The parking lot is easy to find. The crossing is very close. The nearby cabins can be reached in two minutes and are nice. The cabin is nearby, but I would not recommend walking to it because the road is bad. Conversely: The apartment is essential and needs to be upgraded. The dishes are few and not functional. You could do better on cleaning too. We are not there on the quality/price ratio.

There are ways to do better

No recommendation, the room looks like World War III, all it has new is the bathroom and the pen-and-pen-breakfast colas and colas to heat a loaf of bread or to make you a tortilla.

Very modern family hotel with friendly and attentive service. It has 2 outdoor pools, one of them huge with areas that don't cover virtually anything for the little ones. The rooms are very cozy and with current furniture, the bathroom with very nice shower. Restaurant buffet and large garden area. A 10!

A lovely hotel

Too much heat at night, no sleep, the ventilators work super badly, no air alone makes no noise There's super little light, many things that don't work, but the heat builds up in the rooms and there's no air conditioning There's no WiFi in the apartment, many oxidized things, few covered, few vessels, it's terrible with too much heat You can't sleep well and there's no WiFi (I don't recommend it for people who work from a remote location) Some of them are NOT from these apartments They're from others The little one with the little set is not, (We found that sleeping on the floor with columns of heat upwards in the rooms is a lie).

Terrible  

We were there for six days, which were the worst days of my life due to the very low quality of the apartment. Not to mention the heat and the flaws in both the ventilation and the small amount of dishes. In addition, the security guard was more than attentive to minor aspects and when he was supposed to be in others he didn't show up, along with his bad behaviour towards us. I don't recommend staying in this apartment at all. Finally, I want to highlight the lack of respect and the attitude of prepotence and rudeness of the receptionists and the man who walks around the apartment with a bitter face.

An apartment disaster

Small pool, small sandy beach (Sa Caleta), the food was good apart from the sweets. However, I would recommend it for single travelers (I was the only single traveler) also because there is nothing left here at night (apart from the animation). The city of Ciutadella is about 5 km away and it takes about 30 minutes on foot.

For Couples and Children

We were two couples. We stayed in a standard apartment x 4 people with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom, plus a small terrace with a table and a wallstand. We found ourselves pretty good for the facilities, for the kindness of the staff. The only thing I would improve on is the cleaning, because it's done every two days, but not exactly.

Very positive experience

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July and I have to say that I was very satisfied with everything. The cabin is very close and convenient to reach especially with three children. It is also convenient to have a swimming pool very close to our apartment. Animation food and organization is all right. If you decide to move to other cabins or to Ciutadella just outside the street there is the bus stop.

Have a good vacation.

Clean structure, excellent location close to the Cittadella and the most beautiful beaches of the island. For families very comfortable both the pool and the garden games. Nice the unique appointment sinks the lack of air conditioning. (Present the shovels) The cleaning of the apartment one day yes and no was not the best, practically only the beds were made and the towels changed. Overall excellent quality/price ratio.
