This is a must stop on way south or north. Two minutes from 330. Little bit hard to find take 206a junction go under flyover then 1minute up the road. The place is quiet and David is a star English good and he does it all for u. Rooms clean food good.

It’s a must stop coming from Costa Blanca.

Just when you think that you've been sent on another wild goose chase by your sat nav as you drive down the arid, dusty road you spot this little gem of a hotel hidden in the trees. It is the perfect place for a stopover en route. Managed by father and son, it is impeccably clean. The dinner menu is slightly limited but the food delicious. It's a great place for bikes - parking is secluded from the road and many of the guest rooms overlook the car park.

An Oasis in the Aragon Landscape

This small hotel was run by a father and son. it's a little off the beaten track but ideal if to are travelling with dogs as there is a track to walk them, off lead, on the opposite side of the road. The son dealt with all of our needs and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal was a menu del noche and excellent value. We will certainly stay again when travelling in the area.

Quiet and relaxing break on journey

Stayed here for 1 night enroute from France to southern Spain.  A small hotel with only 8 rooms, but all rooms looked very nice.  We were the only guests staying at the time, but the owners (father and son) were more than happy to open the attached restaurant to cook a meal for us after our long day driving, to serve us some nice wine and cool beers, and to make breakfast before we continued on our journey south. 
Bed was comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. The hotel is just off the main motorway, but is set in a very quiet area with fantastic views.  Lots of parking and very secure.  Can thoroughly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying here again when driving through this area of Northern Spain.

A great find ... can thoroughly recommend

This hotel is tucked away off a side road but people in Biescas did know where it was - the nice man in the garage drew us a map when our Spanish didn't prove equal to his directions and when we arrived we discovered that we also had a text from the hotel giving a location.  The sign on the road isn't representative of the lovely stone buildings of the restaurant and hotel, when we were there the flowers around the hotel also added to the charm.  Our room was spotless, comfortable and very prettily furnished.  We didn't intend to eat at the hotel every evening but the food was delicious - and much of it local - including eggs, tomatoes and melons, so in the end we did eat here every evening.  The menu was very varied, even on a couple of nights when we were the only guests (we were travelling out of season), incredibly good value and allowed my husband (who was doing the driving) to enjoy a glass of wine with his meal.  Breakfast too was great, we couldn't manage the enormous croissant and eggs but both were excellent.  I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard one evening just soaking in the sun and reading, a great preparation for an English winter and was sad that our schedule only allowed me to do this once.  The truly great thing about this hotel, however, is the people, it is owned and run by Tony and Daniel and they couldn't do more to make you feel welcome.  They gave us excellent directions to various destinations every day, helped my husband figure out the mystery of the hire car locking system and additional pillows appeared without us having to ask.  Daniel's constantly said "if you want anything, just ask" and he really meant it - they made this a truly special place to stay.

We ordered a family apartment which consisted of 2 separate room.One of the owners, Daniel, speaks English very well. The rooms are bigger than average. On the first evening wifi worked well, next day it did not. There is an elevator and we had a nice dinner.

A rather slower journey than anticipated meant that we needed a stopover.  We booked the Santa Elena without much "research". How lucky were we.  A little difficult to find, off the road to Biescas, quiet, great value and very friendly owner and son whose English was good.  We had lunch, dinner bed and breakfast and were very happy.  Wifi was not working and no A/C which would normally be a concern but such a pleasant stay.
