The apartment is very dirty, from doing housekeeping on arrival. The washing machine is broken. The quiet in the residence is a disaster. The young people are making noise there at night until the early morning. They are looking for stories with all the passers-by. The security is more than poor. The boasting of the quiet from 10pm to 8am when renting is not true. For the past 7 nights only 2 have been quiet. It is impossible to sleep or even rest. The positive, the kindness of the technical staff. The swimming pool is good size but clean to review and the quiet is not there when the youth groups disembark. Short disappointed conclusion of the rental.

Forget about the holidays to relax and be quiet.

Undeniably, they are tourist rental apartments. Undeniably, these things are perfect, but, I'm going to make a small refreshment. As we've already seen the air conditioning heat pump filters really dirty, we just have to look at the photo, even though they were cleaned in the shower, they didn't stay perfect. The device itself makes a hellish noise. The microwave selector that goes crazy, the toilet cup and Bidet sueltos, move. The embedded washing machine, which by the way, is a reception desk, and as it was Saturday, there was no maintenance staff, hair dryer that practically doesn't make hot air. In this apartment, as cold in winter, as almost everywhere in Spain, the company leaves a dog oil radiator to counter the heat.

Lack of maintenance...

Fatal, plugged-in seats, broken dryer, no drawer, no kitchen utensils, or a sad sarten.The mattress is a rock, the sofa bed is a rock, and I'm not going to tell you, it's worse than a rock.

This place is more like a Hostel not a hotel.
They do not let any inflatables or balls in the pool.There is no bar or entertainment here also and you have to go across the road for drinks and food.But the main at the hotel inter2 they let anything go as there is no lifeguard so can get out of hand as people have bottles and food in the pool .

The rooms are so dated and hardly cleaned.
The food at the main hotel is ok.

Entertainment is very poor as Sarah and Brian are so dull and lack any energy and mostly sat on their phones all day and if you lucky  they might not be there if you go 🤞.
I don’t know why people give good reviews about the entertainment as bingo and the same quiz every other day is not entertainment for us.
The hotel staff gave 100 percent all the time.

Dull entertainment

We spent 3 nights in a state of alert and tranquility we had. 74€ per booking 2 nights and 32€ the next night talking with the hotel 1 night more, so I recommend looking at the price when booking and calling directly Inter apartments as you are getting the price down. To get out of the way as I said that if you are not going to be more than just sleeping and cooking something you can get, but don't expect anything newly renovated (it's also not in ruins). No toiletries or salt or oil.... dishes, plates, pastries and blankets if you can get. Sofa bed and air conditioning that you can not get if you are in the dining room. Well, the TV, at least we are not looking for a 90€ box. The affordable but for 100€ 3 nights is also not worth sleeping something more demanding (you can also get a nice bus or bus from the modern city of Novosibirsk and Lacasia.

Salir del paso is economically viable

We spent 3 days here with a group of friends and it was really a disaster.The air conditioning barely worked, it was very cold and we had to sleep with the jackets, because the blankets were very thin.On New Year's Eve (first night) we couldn't shower because the boiler had run out of water.When we called the number that was convenient for us on the page, we got a simple girl to help us and wash our hands.We were told that we had to wait until the tank was full and that only one person had been booked and the apartment was supposedly for 4......No, they solved the problem, and every day we took turns knowing who and who, since there was no water for everyone.There was no toilet for the girl from the kitchen (to go to the kitchen) and it was hard for us to get a few days in a grocery store.

We'll never be back again.

Absolutely would not stay in the apartments across the road from the main hotel again dirty everything broke in are room got there late so obviously put the bags away and went over too the main hotel with the kids went to bed afterwards and pulled out the sofa bed too find toast baby wipes and rotten oranges under it took photos of everything went back over got offered to other rooms and said no thanks I'll clean the other room myself as for the main hotel staff are friendly entertainment not as good as past few visits and food has gone down hill think this will be are last visit have been going 12 years nearly

What can I say

we have gone to the inter 2 for about 10yrs. always had a good time for the price , staff are very helpful and food etc is ok on the all inclusive. This year my mrs booked the apartments which is across the road from the main hotel ! when we entered the main building it reminded me of a prison , the room had bars on the very small window next to the door. when inside the apartment it wasnt so bad , decent beds nice kitchen etc. one of the sliding patio doors didnt lock and every time you shut the other one it bounced open which stops the aircon working. we didnt dare to leave any valuables in the room for this reason. the balcony never got any sun and as the apartments are away from the main building we got a strong smell of canabis being smoked on many occasions , also people coming in late at night would constantly ring the door bells on every room as the screamed down the corridors. would stay in the main hotel again but never this place.

disapointed but partly our fault

My 16 yr old son, partner and I arrived late at night to our supposedly 1 double bedroom apartment. On check in they told us they were expecting 3 people, which was confirmed when I noticed only 3 items in the room ie 3 cups/plates/dining chairs/patio chairs etc. We had single beds not a double as requested and as for my sons bed my dog is treated better. There was no bedding or towels for my son and the place was grubby and to be honest I had to get out of there. Their was also no toilet paper (luckily I had packed some) the bday was not fitted to the floor and the bathroom door handle came off in my hand. We went out on to the balcony and then couldn’t lock the patio doors. After making the best of the situation the next morning I went to ask for maintenance to fix the issues and cleaning to do a deep clean. Maintenance was carried out to a shocking level he managed to lock the patio  door but we could no longer use it, luckily it was 2 sided, and he fitted and new bathroom door handle. On the second morning at 5am we were locked out of the bathroom as the new handle had locked on the inside luckily after 15 minutes we managed to realise it. The best part of the room was the had provided a kettle for my partners cups of tea. The best part of the apartment block was the pool, despite the couldn’t be bothered to fit a toilet it was just a hole in the ground. We booked this as a 3* I wouldn’t give it 1 in fact my dogs boarding kennels was better. Finally it was insecure there was people running around the block at all hours of the morning and constantly ringing outside buzzers to be let in, as I stayed in Salou last year and I had no issues this is no reflection on the resort it is a reflection on the accommodation, I highly recommend Salou but not Inter Apartments.

Very disappointed

We arrived to stay in the inter apartments and were told our room wasnt ready to come back at 4.30 after being on an early flight since 6.30 am  we were all pretty shattered but struggled on ,anyway when we got to or room the door was wide open and the room had not being cleaned ok so back across the road to reception to see what was going on and told to come  back in 15 mins and that there was no ther rooms available..when we fin ally got in to our room it was awful , one of the press doors was all chipped with bits of wood falling of it ,one of the top press doors was crooked ,cracked tiles on the floor ,a couple of the sockets were loose in the wall, they pull out sofa bed was like a mattress on a drawer on the floor , we  did complain but were told to come back on sunday ..we just stuck it out .. we went all inclusive drinks were good but the food wasn't great at all but breakfast was good , entertainment ok very repetitive, there is absolutely no order what so ever in the hotel in regards to children that are let run riot everywhere, shouting and roaring ,running at top speeds around the hotel ,kicking footballs when you are trying to eat or drink at your table, picking up chairs and throwing them at each other ,security guard walking around is useless and never pulled anyone for bad behaviour, a lot of empty cups just thrown on the floor as well as food walked in to the ground ,whole place has a dirty feel to it , we seen a lot of people complaining at reception but like us they got no joy with them ,they just didn't care , would not return again
